Grabbed a watermelon mojito smoothie . Smoothie is Fantastic!!! Staff member Tarun was polite and friendly and the store is super clean. Will be returning sooner than later for sure . Glad I stopped in

I ordered the Açaí bowl. And it took them 30 seconds to get it ready… turns out it was frozen asf!. I like Açaí Bowls and this is the only one I’ve ever had that is FROZEN even the FRUITS ON TOP was frozen!.
I had to wait a little to eat it and I even put it on top of my Car seat with the heater on to help soften it up. But it didn’t even soften. 20 mins later I just got home, I opened it and there was a hair on it I thought it was mine but My hair is dyed…. I called the place to tell them, and I asked for a refund. The guy on the Phone said “Bring it Back and I will give you a new one m’am”. And I said “Sir I just got home and it’s a 20 mins drive”. He said “Put it in your freezer and comeback next time with it and I will give you a new one”.

At this point I told him to just Refund me and I won’t be eating the Açaí Bowl.

He said “Bring it back next time and I will refund you”.

This is absurd. Bad Customer Service,
And even bad smoothie.
They are supposed to be made fresh to order.
My money was wasted. Never get my money back. Didn’t even get to eat the Açaí bowl.

This is such a small bowl and costed me $11.55

I’ve been to somewhere else and it’s the same size that cost $6.00

My boyfriend is vegetarian. They put chicken on his hummus veggie wrap. He didn’t notice until a couple bites in and got sick since he hasn’t ate meat in 6 years. I am so disappointed.

Recently moved to Bluesprings and so we started going to this tropical smoothie instead of our old location, every time we have gone it’s been, getting ripped off and things being mostly spinach or lettuce, BOTH of our egg wraps had not even a half of an egg scrambled on it… basically crumbs , we also got a bad rotten smoothie the other month too, and the owner told us we were wrong and all the ingenuity are fresh, I brought it to my entire family and they all said it tasted so bad! The owner seems to not be concerned about quality and mostly just cutting costs for himself. I would recommend driving to the lees summit location if you can

On Wednesday I ordered online. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes after pick up time. On Saturday my sister order a mocha smoothie. We still had to wait for the order. She didn’t like the smoothie at all. She asked for a different smoothie. She was told she couldn’t get a replacement but could order something else off the app.

Ordered the thai chicken wrap and it was 90% lettuce. And they charge like $9 for it. Complete rip off. Never going back.

Wow, cleanest location I’ve ever visited. Staff was amazing- so helpful and genuinely cared about our experience. It’s gonna be hard to go back to the one close to us where the staff barely takes our order. If you’re traveling through this is a GREAT location to make a stop at.

I always love getting my smoothies from here. They always taste amazing and I’m usually not disappointed.
The only “flaw” is that I DoorDash a lot of the time and I never get my receipt so that I can get my points since it’s not on the app. I would have had several free smoothies/food if they sent the receipt with the order. If that were fixed it would be 5 stars!

Very rude no greeting when I arrived just a straight face with no enthusiasm it was a terrible experience the small younger girl with pink hair was THE WORSE I have experienced I will not be back
