Extremely incompetent staff. I’ve been here several times and they have never failed to disappoint. The food is nothing like what it is in Texas where I’m from. They always manage to mess up the order someway somehow. And this most recent time was the most infuriating, as when I went through the drive-through they decided that the double drive-through was gonna operate as a single drive-through because they didn’t wanna come out in the heat, And the funniest part about this is that they did not tell me until I’ve been sitting waiting to pay for over 10 minutes. So then they proceed to act like I’m doing something wrong even though I am trying to use the double drive-through lane as intended. Will not be returning to waste any more money here.

Wow! The food was amazing, but the customer service took it to the next level—20/10. We stopped in for an early lunch while traveling through, and Ryan, who took our order, gave us some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The manager, Shane, was just as wonderful—approachable and clearly a great leader. You can tell this team works well together. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and welcoming. Whataburger should be incredibly proud of this crew!

I must be a glutton for punishment. I used their app which continues to be hot garbage. I processed an order and they withdrew my money. When I arrived at the drive-thru I was informed my order was cancelled. Not be me!! I showed where my money was withdrawn and I had no cancellation email following my confirmation email. No reverse of my money withdrawal and STILL the manager said they could not make my food!! I absolutely cannot stand their app. It has caused me more problems than it or any experience with Whataburger deserves. Again, I guess I’m a glutton for punishment.
(03/12/2023 at 12:10 pm) I pulled into the first lane and no one spoke to me for a few minutes. They asked if I could wait am minutes. A car pulled in the second lane ordered and pulled forward. Waited for a few more minutes another vehicle pulled into the second lane and ordered. Needless to say I left immediately. I don’t have forever to wait as the food takes long enough to be made sometimes. I was on my way to work and thought I left with enough time for ordering. I was wrong. I went to Wendy’s and got my food fairly fast. *Updated 03/22* - ordered on the app and it said between 3:14 - 3:17 my order would be ready and it only took around 3:27 to get my order!! If my wife didn’t want the fish sandwich I swear I would not have bothered. 😩😩
