If I could give ZERO stars I would. I went last night and ordered a junior burger and small fries. I sat at the window for 10 minutes and was only acknowledged to pay. Then was told they were just waiting for the fries and it would be 30 seconds. Five minutes later still no food. I parked my car and walked in, asking for a manager. When I told him I had been waiting more than 15 minutes for food, he responded, “oh it’s right here”. I have no idea how long it had been sitting, so I asked for my money back. The manager never offered an apology or any other spoken word. Having worked in food service, I know exactly how long that ordered should have taken, even if they were busy, which they weren’t. The manager’s lack of care was worse than waiting so long for an easy order.

Three cars in front of me in the drive thru at 225 am in the morning. Sat there for 15 minutes as I drove off I noticed the employees sitting in the dining room. Your food is not that good to waste an hour at 230 in the morning with a total of 4 cars in the drive thru.I went back to location because things got better til this morning (March 14, 2024), pulled into the drive thru at 455 am and placed my order, 25 minutes later at 415 am my food still wasn't ready. I like your breakfast items but not having to wait 25 minutes while your employees run around the store.After speaking with Allison the operating partner about the above issue, I gave it 2 weeks and visited the morning of March 26, 2024 I was the only car in the drive thru, their truck arrived after I placed my order. Obviously the truck is more important then customers, 20 minutes later I demanded my money back, the same purple hair manager was there. I'm done with What A Loser!

We made a quick stop here for dinner on a long road trip with our large family (7 kids.) I'm so glad we did! The manager was soooo patient as each of our children tried to decide what meal and sides they wanted. He made sure all the orders were correct and brought extra napkins because he knew we were hurrying to get on the road. He also brought a sample of a milkshake (without us asking) so my son could try it before he ordered one. The food was hot and fresh. I would definitely stop here again!

Always fresh cooked and wonderful food. We had the grilled chicken sandwich and the new boneless 'wings".
