My favorite is the spicy Korean. The fries are good remind me of 5 guys. Some of the wings were overcooked. Crispy skin and bone. Besides the 2-3 over cooked it was great

We waited over an hour past pickup time for our order. I understand they are busy but they shouldn’t accepted orders if they can’t handle that many.

Today makes the second time we have ordered from this place! NEVER AGAIN! I am very disappointed. I called to place my order. It was completely wrong, was told over the phone the amount. But when my husband picked it up it was almost twice as much as I was told. Charged us for drinks and didn’t get drinks. The woman behind the counter did nothing to help make it right. No manager to assist with our issues. I AM DONE!!

This place is disgusting. An enormous amount of trash left on tables and all over the floor. Trash everywhere behind the cashier on the floor. The woman’s bathroom had crud forming on the walls and the toilet handle was broken and I had to put the handle in myself to flush. No employee was wearing gloves and was handling the food with bare hands. Clean? Who knows. The manager spoke little to no English and didn’t know how to set up the payment for me to pay for my food. Again the trash left around the restaurant was jaw droppingly bad. I was left speechless by the Wingstop in blue springs.

Placed an online order at 3 pm today. Pick up time was 330. Finally got our food at 445. Inexcusable and poor management staff your establishment if you know you are going to be that busy. Staff were very overwhelmed and rude.

The employees and management have made sure that i will never visit any wingstop ever again. After ordering and paying for $140 of food online, when I got the food home, there were no wings. I went back to the location only to be yelled at by the person cooking the wings accusing me of trying to get free food. The manager refused to give me my food and tried to not give me a refund either. After a very heated argument, I finally got a refund. I emailed Wingstop corporate and they offered me a $5 coupon and never acknowledged the terrible service. Very sad considering it's one of the few great places for wings, too bad they have such terrible customer service.

Messed up my order..had to.drive 45 minutes to get the right order and refused to replace food...gave me old nasty food that sat for an hour and a galf..called..they told me twice they would remake it and then refused.

I ordered carry-out right before the chiefs game. There were tons of orders- like 9 people waiting for their orders. The whole crew was hustling and taking care of it. The manager was passing out free drinks or a brownie to those who were waiting a while. And they were all still so polite while being so overwhelmed. My large order was the last ready so the kind manager carried it out to my car for me. All of our food was correct and delicious!

I like Wingstop usually but this experience was pretty bad. The wait was long but the wings were cold. I got boneless but all I received was the crumbs not really chicken. This location is not a good representation of the Wingstop brand.

Less than one star. Ordered take out. They left out 6 wings. I was hung up on after the first call. Then finally told I could drive back up and tell them, once I was already home.
