I had a wonderful experience at the Wingstop on Blue Springs. The chef was one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. I’m intolerant to spice, and he even gave us a wing to sample before I placed my official order—such a thoughtful gesture.

I ended up choosing the Hawaiian wings, and it was the best choice I could have made. They were absolutely delicious. Despite working tirelessly through a snow day, the entire team delivered great service and food made with real care.

The quality of wingstop boneless went downhill bad! Its like slimy inside , is it even chicken? The cajun fries were good tho. I couldnt eat the boneless though. Wish i couldve took a pic it was like 50% bread and then when u bite into it its like surprise slimy round stuff. Go get bdubs aka bww aka buff wild wings. Service & everything else was ok though

Midnight Rayne

Sent my daughter in to pick up an order of wings and fries. It wasn't ready. She waited. They then gave her the wrong order and forgot the fries. She took it back and the young girl at the register caught an attitude about it. The girl claimed that they didn't see the fry add on and that they stopped taking online orders... and that the add on was sent to another Wingstop? Whaa? And that it was gonna take them 40 mins to make another batch?? WHAAA?? So my daughter said she was willing to wait and stepped outside to call me. I told her to come get me. She said she got it and if it wasn't ready or right that she would ask for a refund... She went back in after 30 just to check, they got the chicken right but forgot the fries, so instead of talking to the cashier with the attitude, she asked the manager for a refund of the fries and they gave it to her. Brought the food to the house and it was COLD!!! Cold and oily.
Look, I got fam that won't go to this spot d/t bad customer service. Reading past comments, this isn't new.
Why treat your customers so bad??

For the prices this place charges, the service is absolutely unacceptable, and the restaurant itself isn’t any better. The cashier stopped taking our order so she could assist two other people who walked in after us, and while we were still ordering, she kept talking to others instead of paying attention to us. On top of that, we’re in the United States, yet we practically need to learn new foreign languages just to communicate with the staff because their English is extremely poor. The restaurant also looks dirty. We will definitely not be returning.

Everytime I come here it's often a 2 hour wait for my order. Mind your these are orders that are called in and on the app it says they'll be ready in like 30 minutes. Never have I waited less than an hour. I don't know if it's a management issue, there are always many workers milling around in the kitchen, it just takes FOREVER to get your order. Currently waiting for an order that was placed at 7:24p.m. currently it's 8:42p.m. still waiting. It's ridiculous.

Order was supposed to take 25 to 32 minutes. We arrived to pick up the order and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The cashier acted like she had better places to be. One of the staff members in the back made an order and handed it to the cashier to give to a waiting customer. 15 minutes later the same staff member came out with another order saying it was for the same customer. The cashier told her she had already given said customer their order in which the staff member began to tell her that she hadnt called that customers name when she indeed had. Probably would have gotten our food sooner if they hadnt made the same customers food twice and hadnt given a separate customers order before us. When we did recieve our food part of our order hadnt been tossed well so half of my wing had sauce and the other half was still plain. Overall pretty bad experience.

Waited an hour past the time my was supposed to be ready, and when I asked for an update I got attitude about how they were still working on it. Turns out they weren’t, it was just waiting to the side.

TERRIBLE! I went and made an online order before the Chiefs game and went in told an employee named “Chloe” that I had an online order. I asked for our drinks very politely and she rolled her eyes at me and was 100% rude. Terrible service. She needs an attitude check.

I have visited the establishment multiple times over the past month. Each time, I order the boneless chicken, which is consistently crunchy; however, there is minimal meat, and it resembles only dust. The premises are unclean, and the presentation of the food is disorderly. Upon receiving my order, I observed that the food was not properly placed within the container. Having prior experience working there, I am familiar with the appropriate handling procedures; unfortunately, these are not being followed, which is disappointing. Additionally, the sauce is inadequately covered, with only a small amount visible, and it is not evenly coated on the chicken. Instead of tossing the chicken to ensure an even coating, the sauce is simply poured over it and then placed into the container.

This place has really gone down hill the last 15 years. These wings are trash. I recently went to some hole in the wall Mexican restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska with steel bar windows that had way better wings than wing stop. What a shame.

I placed an online order for carry out. I arrived 10 min after the order should have been ready and had to wait in line to speak with a staff member. When it was my turn, I was told it was still going to be another 5-10 min. When my order was finally called up, 5 of my 20 wings were missing. The staff member refused to to anything about it and said that the manager was too busy to speak with me.
