Great flavor choices & good service!!!...except for a crazy encounter/happening tonight...**If you play Pokémon Go & would like to battle the gym at Mod Pizza, that's in the shopping center, during closing hours at Youurtini... ****DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF YOGURTINI!!!!****...especially if you're a male... they have young girls closing the store and they get freaked out if anyone is parked in front of the store.... they called the Cops on me and I got pulled over... nothing happened...except... wasting the police's time and mine... they either need better training or have an adult close with them.

We really love this place. Great alternative to regular ice cream. It's always so clean and the staff is very nice. It's just comfortable.

We came in last week on Monday and I asked a worker there if they ran any specials. She said that Tuesdays are fill up your cup for $6! So I came in today we got 4 cups of froyo and we were charged $35! Needless to say, I'm not sure what happened here but it's definitely not what I was told and am dissapointed in the experience because I was not expecting to spend so much money.

The ice cream was delicious, however, when we walked in, there were no employees up front or customers in the lobby. When we finished making our yogurts with more customers behind us, a teenage boy and girl finally came out of the back, together and frazzled, to help us. Perhaps they were preparing toppings in the back? Anyways, I would hate for this location to be taken advantage of by dishonest customers who leave without paying due to the lack of employee presence up front.

My kids and I love this place. All of the frozen yogurts are bursting with flavor. The kids love to fill up their cup and then add any toppings they want. I have never had any problems with their customer service. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because it does cost quite a bit. For 6 of us, it was over 70 bucks. Three of us were kids under 7. If it was a touch cheaper, I think more people would show up. We are usually the only people there. Also, I never know how much it is per oz.

Customer service was terrible. A worker named Emma was extremely rude. We were in there 10 minutes before close and trying to get toppings and the associate came & took the spoons right in front of our face. I said how are we supposed to get toppings? And she said we were supposed to do this 5 minutes ago. I said I am paying for ice cream and you are gonna tell me I can't get toppings. She shrugged her shoulders and said I told you we were supposed to do this 5 minutes ago.

Thier mountain berry is amazing! Super highly recommended! It's really cool how they use safe to eat brownie batter and cookie dough! The place its self isn't much, but its a happy place regardless.
Vegetarian options: Absolutely vegetarian, but I didnt see any vegan options.

Visited the other day and had a great experience. My daughter loves all the toppings, probably more than the soft-serve itself. Emma was at the counter and so polite. Suggested the cookie dough, which was a good choice! There was another girl working, I didn't catch her name but she was continually filling the toppings, she even switched out one of the spoons when she noticed I was having trouble getting the toppings off. Will definitely be back!
