Zero out of ten!! I went today, excited for a new experience.. the food was terrible yall. The side portions they gave us were a joke and the meat was pathetic. Literally looked and taste like lunch meat just reheated. Don’t waste ya money!

The bbq here has always been second tier compared to joes, jack stack, and even gates. I bought lunch a month ago here and half my food was left out of the drive thru order. I went back today and asked the drivethru to credit me for the food that was paid for but not produced. The manager on duty today said tough luck. I initiated a charge back for the missing food and will refrain from eating here going forward.

I went on a weekend a couple weeks ago and the sandwich I had was amazing. Went again on a Tuesday for the same meal and I wouldn’t have believed it was from the same place. None of the meat was warm, cheese didn’t melt and the bacon had changed to a barely noticeable fast food style with no flavor.
It literally went from a solid 9.5/10 experience to a 4/10 that would have kept me from returning had it been my first time trying food here.
I won’t try it on a weekday again as it seems none of the meats are fresh. I might give it another try during a busier time when they are actually cooking the meat.
This use to be a super place to go for barbecue. It is not now. Good made me feel ill and service was slow and unhelpful. I won't be going back to this place.

Overall a good place to eat. This place is basically like a Dickeys or Mission BBQ. I’d rate it slightly better. Sandwich was satisfying for sure.
