Good afternoon Hoods, Mo! My husband and I are truck drivers out of Amarillo, Tx! Never been to Hoods Restaurant but we will be back! The staff was top notch! Our waitress Melissa was one the best yet! Great eye contact and very sweet! Melissa hasn't been at Hoods but bout a month! Keep her & Keep her happy! The world 🌎 needs more people like her! Thank you Melissa you are rare and a blessing! 8-30-2025 A little warm but over all is dynamite service!

The food is very good. We were glad to come across home made food, not just hamburgers. I had a roast beef melt with mashed potatoes and gravy plus a side order or fried mushrooms. The roast was so tender and delicious.

Hamburger perfect, frys perfect. Biscuits and Gravy a 10 some the best I've had . Hash browns great aswell.

Service bad , cashier found it important to tell us she needed to pee now or she was going to pee her pants. And express her anger that all the waitress were on a smoke break at the same time. This was at 1030- 11am on 9/13/24. We set at table 13 it was time for them to fill the salad bar with ice , so that ment we would be splash with ice water...
