We ordered the new wednesday purple burger. The picture showed that it came with onion. Rings, we got cold french fries instead. The coke tastes like they had not cleaned their machines for a while. The burger was lukewarm. I'm barely edible. I need a drink. You don't have a cat, oh man

It doesn’t matter how many times you go to Burger King in Bolivar, it doesn’t matter what time of day you go your fries are going to be portion controlled to 50% of what any other Burger King in the state will give you but yet they have increased their prices on their french fries, so they are ripping the people off. One time I made a mistake of trying to replace the french fries with chicken fries, and that was absolutely the most horrible decision I had made, the chicken fries were soft and smooshy and cold. Now, if you order a sandwich with lettuce and tomato your sandwich is going to be absolutely disgusting because they’re lettuce and tomatoes appear to have been frozen at one point, which anybody that has accidentally let their lettuce in the fridge freeze and then thaw out, that it becomes wilted and slimy and tomatoes do the same thing, And it doesn’t matter if you take your food back up there and say hey, I want a replacement for something edible they will put the exact same BS on your sandwich that you were complaining about in the first place. I cannot recommend Burger King in Bolivar to anyone. The other left me a message to reach out to them at bk.com/support, that is nothing but an automated system that will not help you out unless you have the receipt in hand, I don’t have the receipt anymore so you’re telling me that you guys won’t make this right? And that is why hardly nobody uses the Burger King restaurant in Bolivar, Missouri!

It's always a hit or miss at BK, I mean any fast food. I don't have high expectations for any fast food place. With the prices I should expect some level of decent quality and accuracy of my orders. BK is a slower fast food restaurant in Bolivar, so you'd think with all the extra time they have, they'd get orders right and have time to make fresh food. Today it was a cheeseburger extra pickles, they left off the sauce, and put 2 friggin small pickle slices on the burger...the bun was harder than it should be. The onion rings tasted like they have been left sitting under the warmer allll day, I could only eat a few bites of both the sandwich and the onion rings. I'm not asking for anything more than what is listed on the menu itself. I shouldn't have to leave a review just to state what most people are aware of, and that is the lack of employees wanting to do their jobs. It's everywhere, not just at BK, but today, BK is the place that caused my frustration. Foods not cheap, so can we do friggin better...?!

I stopped and got some meat patties to go, ( Aug 2nd 2024 ar 6:16 and there was a sweet little girl working in the drive-through and the young man that gave me the food went above and beyond to find me mustard because they were out of it. They wished me a blessed night and told me to make it home safely. They were the sweetest kids. I would definitely come back here. You find young kids nowadays in the work field. Definitely keep these employees. I think they deserve a raise.

Absolutely the worst ever Burger King. The food made us sick after one bite. Had to throw away the meals. Terrible service, 10 minutes at the drive through with no one else at the restaurant. " kids" working there that were very unprofessional and had horrible hygiene. The two we dealt with smelled like urine and BO. It was a very disgusting experience.
It was 4:10 in the late afternoon and no ice in the ice machine, we were the only ones at the register yet it took about 5 minutes to get waited on and then my chicken sandwich was hard to chew in the middle ....not done. How ever the employee that waited on us was very apologetic and attentive.

This is one of the greatest Burger King’s that I have had the privilege of eating at. The management does an excellent job of hiring exceptional workers. It is clear that the individuals that they hire are all mature and carry themselves with pride. Food is always super fast at this Burger King. Whether you’re going through the drive-through or dining in. The store inside is maintained at a very high level of cleanliness. It’s actually rare for a store like this in a smaller town to be as clean and as well, kept as this one is. I would state that if you’re going to get food at Burger King, this is a place for you to do it. They are certainly A great example of what the Burger King corporation strives for. I could not be more happy with the meals that I have received there. I’m generally there a few times a week. Most of the people who work there know my name and know my order. “Number one, no pickles, no onions, no ketchup, extra mustard, extra lettuce, no ice for my Diet Coke.” Pretty much any time I come in I don’t even have to say my order they punch it in when they see me walk in.

I had only $10, and they got rid of the Incredible Burger. But they gave me a free golden Burger King Royal Crown to wear to make me feel so special, I wear a crown when dining in or take out. But they did have a new item, the Birthday Cake, wow oh mi diosa what a treat, and I got the classic we all know and love, there Hersey's Pic, Original is always good, cuz it's a classic mmm. Bathrooms were nice and clean and smells freshness, staff is amazing and attends to my every need. What a joy to have gotten the meal, and I got a Whopper JR. also, so delicious anytime. Jr. is for God's cuz we can not eat much as the WHOPPER KING SIZE, so we get the Whopper JR. HAMBURGER. And the sexy cashier oh mi dios, her fingers so looking tasty, I could put it in my mouth and infinity it.....I will stop, I could write a bible out of the good things about Burger King, it has been in my life infinity 888.
