I stopped by on my way through town and had some of the best brisket I have had. Thank you for the recommendation and if I ever make it back to this area I will be sure to stop in. Large portions, and the hand cut fries were perfect!
Excellent location for BBQ. Very fast and friendly service. Really tasty Brisket sandwich! Can't wait to return and the owner said I should try their Burger.

Don’t go to this place is a nastiest barbecue I’ve ever had their coleslaw tasted like dead fish. They’re barbecue sauce taste like seafood sauce I actually am pretty sure I got food poisoning last week when we ate at this place stay away. They were out of zucchini when we tried to order it even the cook said that the coleslaw was nasty. I would stay away from it take your money the Boone’s barbecue not this nasty place.

I'm writing this review prior to leaving the parking lot. I was skeptical when the parking lot was empty. Decided to try it anyway. The food, brisket, jalapeño sausage, chicken and baked beans were PHENOMENAL. But the portions versus what you pay are pitiful. For $30 I definitely expected a meal and not a snack. Great food. But tremendously expensive nibbles. Pitiful

We had Curly Que cater our wedding and they were so amazing! The communication with the owners was perfect. They would respond pretty fast and always answer my many questions. The pricing was very fair! We had a taco bar that we included tortilla chips with to make it a taco/nacho bar. Everything tasted amazing and the servers were also so friendly and took care of every guest! Would highly highly recommend catering through them!

Very good BBQ joint that had very attentive staff, great atmosphere and unique bbq! I am a self proclaimed ranch connoisseur and they had the most unique tasting ranch I have ever had in a good way! It was heavily dill based and just so good tasting. We really enjoyed the curly que calamity, everything on the plate just blended so well together for a unique taste that’s so good!

Curly Q BBQ in Bolivar is hands-down one of my favorite spots! The food is incredible, and the portions are downright legendary. I ordered my meal, enjoyed every bite, and still had enough fries left over to take home—and they easily fed two hungry teenagers! The BBQ is flavorful, the staff is friendly, and the value is unbeatable. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t leave hungry!

This little BBQ shop actually has amazing flavor in their meat. I love finding place that dont just drown it in sauce. The burnt end sandwich was great and the house made fries are something that's really rare in most places this size. When I get back down this way I will definitely be stopping back in!!!

We have been here several times and enjoyed it until recently. I’m not sure what has changed but service and quality has just not been good. My husband grabbed lunch for us today ( pictured) 8 ct buffalo wings, ranch, and cheesy potatoes and also a pound of brisket, with two sides and bbq sauce. They forgot his potato salad, bbq sauce and my ranch. It was $51!…so to not get everything is just crazy, and we didn’t even order drinks or dessert. Also the chicken wings were decent flavor wise but were still covered in feathers on the ends, which was extremely off putting but I’m pregnant and craving wings so I ate them. Also zero napkins or utensils… in a to-go order is just annoying. So overall disappointing, and we won’t be back unfortunately.
