I already there Burger specifically for it sauce and when they gave me my plate, the sauce was not on it. I went and got a hold of the lady at the front desk and told her that my brother did not come with the sauce and she said that she just has not made it yet. I told her that I ordered this burger specifically for the sauce. I waited over 10 minutes for her to bring me the sauce, and finally decided to choke down the very dry Burger without the sauce since I was on my lunch break. Very disappointed in this place.
when you pay over $13 for a burger, it should come with all of the ingredients listed on the menu.

Must have mis read. I thought this was a bbq/place to get ribs! Today11-2-24, our party of five ordered two slabs of ribs for dine in. Cashier person said she would check to see what they had. WHAAT!?!? She came back and said they only had a half slab ! This was 12:30 pm. Took the half slab and the rest ordered sandwiches. I asked twice if they would cut the ribs. This was our second time here and I remembered that the ribs came uncut last year. Guess what, the ribs came to our table uncut! Sent them back for them to cut since a plastic fork and spoon would not CUT IT! And to top it off, upon placing the order , handed my card to the cashier person, she promptly turned the screen around for me to see and of course “Do you want to add a tip?” Appeared. 😂 All that said , the ribs were delicious and meaty and everyone enjoyed their sandwich. Guess we will try Roosters next time. Service could not be worse. Just a “don’t care “ attitude. Disappointed to say the least.

The place needs a cleaning. The pulled pork was pretty good. You get a lot of ribs and they are meaty but not much flavor. The baked beans were very good. We ran out of BBQ sauce so I took it up to the cashier. She said she would bring some but never did. 🤷🏻♀️

My fries were burnt to a crisp, hubby's cheese curds so burnt no cheese in them, cashier doesn't change her gloves even after stuffing her face full of food and handling money and people's food

Had the lunch specials. Came with a side and drink. Good food. Server was kind and informative .
I had the brisket and the meat was dry. The French fries looked and tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for hours, they were very limp. There were a lot of fries. We had water to drink and I had a hard time finding where it was. We were thinking it would be like a restaurant and be server. That was our fault, it surprised me that you wanted a tip for no service.

Stayed at a little cabin near Stockton the last couple days and decided to come into Bolivar last night for dinner. One of the best little bbq spots I’ve ever been to! Everything was awesome, especially the cheesy potatoes…I cannot stop thinking about them. The pulled chicken was perfect, too. Staff was so kind! Thanks for a wonderful dinner on our little vacation :)

Once again, the Hillbilly listened to his co-worker about where to eat in Bolivar. And, once again, this co-worker knocked it out of the park!!! Curly Que BBQ has some of the best smoked brisket and pulled chicken I've had in a LONG time. It might be a crime to even put sauce on their meats! And their Cheesy Potatoes are fantastic! The staff is beyond friendly, bordering on so sweet you want to eat there every day just for the kind words and attention. Everything was absolutely great! Now, for the best part... they have a location in Springfield! I have got to try it out!

Me and my boyfriend went here. He's been raving about their grilled cheese burger and we went after a long hot day outside. I can't tell yah how much we appreciated the air conditioning ?. The hospitality was amazing, I asked the employee at the front what her best burger was and she told me the pickle burger with homemade ranch was a good option. It was deeeeelicious. Best dang homemade ranch I've had in awhile, and the homemade okra and fried pickles were amazing. Would highly recommend some really good homemade food ?

We used Curly Que for our daughter's wedding in Joplin. They were outstanding and very easy to work with. We did the brisket and pulled pork and really loved it all. Their baked beans are some of the best I have ever had and the cheesy potatoes were very good. Would highly recommend them for any catering events you have coming up.
