My sister got a burger combo and the fries did not look or taste fresh. My blizzard was good.

Got 2 chicken strips dinners, was asked if we wanted dipping sauce and we asked for ranch, supposed to come with gravy, we got our food and had to pull around had no gravy and 2 small tubs of ranch 1 for each meal, I went inside to get gravy and more ranch, they were rude and wanted to charge me $1 for each gravy and ranch even though it was supposed to come with it, they said bc we got ranch we didn't get gravy said if I bring it in they can throw away that ranch and switch it out for gravy? Also my chicken strips were literally 1 1/2 inches long! Waste of money, horrible customer service won't be back if I want dairy Queen I will go to Lamar where they fix there mistakes and take care of there customers!

A fast and easy place to go if you want a quick meal

After a day trip to Kansas City and back, we ran through DQ about 6:30 p.m. We had four mobile orders and DQ accommodated us in the drive through. After a full day of traveling, it was nice to come home to super friendly staff and good food. All four orders were done correctly and efficiently. Good job!

We decided on DQ for a quick bite at lunch as they have great chicken strips. Debra likes the gravy for dipping. We both had a twist come.
The tenders were wonderful and the gravy was tasty!
I think the ice cream machine was having a bad day. The twist cones didn’t have much chocolate and both were a bit ‘loose’. The ice cream needed to be colder to make it more stiff. The flavor was spot on!
We’ll be back as we enjoy this place!

Swung through to this Dairy Queen location as its been forever since ive had anything from there and I am beyond impressed. The one in my hometown has a reputation for being slow, gross, and having a nasty kitchen but I can say with certainty that this location has none of the same issues. My boyfriend and I both work in food service, so there were a few things we spotted immediately that made us glad we stopped in. We came in at just about 8:15pm and even though thats fairly late in the evening the staff were beyond friendly and polite to us. The young lady on front counter did a great job taking our orders in a nice, fast, and efficient manner. As well as calling out to the kitchen on the longer cook time items we wanted (Onion rings, cheese curds, ect). It was refreshing and reassuring to see that their team was working together so effectively. I could even hear other crew taking drive orders and making drinks without missing a beat. Its a small detail, but working in fast food myself I noticed and was a bit jealous honestly. Once we got our drinks and sat down I could immediately tell they had just cleaned, it was immaculate in the lobby as well as in the bathroom. You could really tell whoever cleaned cares about cleanliness, and was trained well. We only waited about 5 minutes for our food, but I could immediately tell that it was all fresh. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable, I truly wont forget the experience I had and I am happily going to recommend this location to my family members. Great effort from the crew! Keep up the great work y'all!

When I asked for extra gravy I didn't get it and I paid extra. I paid for a large order with 6 chicken strips and they missed one, so I got 5. The fries weren't fresh either. I also asked for a root beer large and she gave me Dr pepper. I'm not sure what was in the air that day. But that day did not go right at all.
