El Rodeo is one of the best spots in Bolivar for a good meal. The food is always good and the service is excellent. Prices are a little on the mid-to-high side for the area, but the quality makes it worth it. Highly recommend trying the mix fajitas with corn tortillas.

My husband and I hadn't eaten here in a long time and decided to give it another chance and it was disappointing to say the least. The tacos were soggy, bland and flavorless. The locos burrito neither of us could even eat. It had a salty and soapy taste. The cheese sauce was watery and runny and the chips were stale and tasted like old oil. Overall, I would not return.

My husband and I are from out of town and wanted Mexican food for lunch, we looked up the Mexican restaurants in Bolivar and found El Rodeo. We both had a great experience. The chips and salsa are amazing compared to the Mexican restaurants in our area, the food was hot and delicious, we both stayed full for hours after, my husband had sweet tea and he said it tasted great and it was really fresh. The food and service was great, we will definitely be visiting again if we’re in Bolivar!
