The food is always great, and the staff is so friendly! We eat here regularly and it’s one of our favorite places
When I arrived, I was asked for a table or booth. I said booth and placed me at a table. They just opened mind you. So I was like ok then and waited for the waiter he brought out the usual chips and salsa. The salsa was ok, and the chips were cold and tasted stale. The burrito I ordered was small but was ok. All staff pretty much stayed in the kitchen conversing with each other most of the time I was there and rarely came out and just did a few peeks in and out to see if more guests arrived. Would give it a one-star but the server was great and friendly

The sweet young lady who waited our table was overwhelmed, they had her taking care of all sections while other employees were just standing around. You through the poor girl under the bus shame on you manager owner of this place. For that reason alone it tells me all I need to know about you and how you treat your new hires.

Passing through on a work trip and stopped in for some dinner. The food was absolutely delicious with lots of flavor. For those who like taco de lengua this is absolutely the place to go!??

At the suggestion of a co-worker, we had an early lunch at El Tres Amigos and I'm glad I listened to him!
I LOVE family owned/operated establishments! Most of the time they treat YOU like family... and that's a good thing!
The food was great, the prices were fair, and the service was OUTSTANDING!
I'm not in Bolivar often. But when I am, El Tres Amigos will be first on my list for lunch or dinner.
NOTE: Please don't let the photos of an empty restaurant deceive you. We were early, and it filled up nicely before we left.

Typically love this place. Today however, the chips stale, the enchiladas were so dry and had almost no sauce, the cheese sauce on the pasta was watery and had almost no flavor. Very disappointed.

Chips were burnt tasting. Food was okay. Cheese dip needs more flavor. Salsa was delicious.
