Came at dinner time, ordered two chicken bento boxes. Waited almost an hour for food. Seating is not handicapped friendly with regards to persons in wheelchairs. Requested light sauce on chicken due to sodium content being REALLY high, Sauce is also really thick and overpowers the flavors of the other foods. Last nights meal, however, was much better with less sauce. Sushi did not come with wasabi or ginger which was disappointing, as was the amount of “ spicy” Salmon in the upgraded roll. Overall:
Food was acceptable for not driving back into Springfield to eat, and expensive for the portion size and quality. Seating is a little tight and being in a wheelchair stops the flow of foot traffic around the majority of the tables, no matter where you try to sit.

Good sushi. Service was decent but it was a hot mess in there with customers, to-go orders, doordash(ers), etc. 2 cooks, 1 lady taking/delivering orders, and one sushi chef...point being, expect a wait.

First time visit today, and last. Man at counter told us it would be 15 minutes for our food dining in, 1 sushi roll, a miso soup and a chicken and steak box. About 10 mins later they brought the sushi roll. Waited and waited for my food. After about 45 mins she brought the milo soup to me with a soup serving ladle to eat it with. I asked her to package it and the rest of the order to go. Waited another 20 minutes or so for that. My daughter said the sushi roll was ok, chicken and steak were tough and had no taste.

One of the better sushi places I've found in the area! The meat combo hibachi had great flavor and the serving size was big. The sushi rice was a great consistency and the filling tasted fresh. Staff was very friendly and cheerful.
The only issues I had were the steak was cut a bit larger than bite size in the hibachi, and the shrimp still had the tails on.

Had delicious food. A little pricier than what I'm used to for what I ordered but delicious none the less.

The atmosphere is fun. However, the time it takes to get sushi at this place takes at least 45min. When I arrived, there were only 5 other people there.
Further more, when I received the food- it was cold.
If you come here make sure to plan for a lot of time and hope for warm food

This is my favorite sushi spot hands down. The food is fresh and made to order, the staff is amazing and the prices don't break the bank, making it an affordable option for really high quality food and service. The hibachi is delicious and we've never tried something we didn't end up loving here. 10/10 recommend for a really great dining experience. Very clean, very friendly, very yummy. Check them out and support local! 🖤

If I could give Kiko’s Hibachi and Sushi Express 100 stars, I would. No hesitation. No notes. Absolute perfection.
This is hands-down the best food our family has ever had — and we are not easy to impress. From the very first bite, you can taste the freshness, the flavor, the care. It’s not just food… it’s an experience.
The bento boxes? Unreal. Every single time. Generous portions, perfectly cooked, beautifully balanced — it’s like getting a little treasure chest of happiness. My whole family devours theirs without a single complaint (which, if you have kids, you know is basically a miracle).
And the sushi? I am OBSESSED. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly rolled, and so good it makes you close your eyes mid-bite. It’s the kind of sushi that ruins other sushi for you. Once you’ve had it, nothing else compares.
Everything is consistently amazing. The flavors are bold without being overwhelming, the ingredients taste fresh, and you can tell there’s pride behind every plate.
Kiko’s isn’t just a place we grab dinner — it’s our favorite place. Period. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out on something special.
We will absolutely keep coming back. Again and again and again.

I had an amazing experience at Kiko Hibachi Grill! The food is absolutely worth the short 5-minute wait — everything comes out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The real standout for me was the Naruto Ramen. It’s seriously amazing — rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and packed with flavor in every bite. Once you try it, you honestly won’t need anything else ever again. If you’re looking for quick service without sacrificing quality, Kiko Hibachi Grill delivers every time. Highly recommend! 🍜🔥

Kiko'sHibachi and Sushi Express never disappoints! The food is always absolutely delicious and consistently fresh. Their sushi is to die for — hands down some of the best I’ve had. And don’t even get me started on the bento boxes… totally untouchable! Everything is flavorful, well-portioned, and made with care. This place is a must-try!

Wow! Wanted to try this spot for my birthday dinner with my wife and kids and glad we did! Not only was all of the food delicious, the portions are great as well! I had the three meat combo, chicken, steak and shrimp. (Chicken was our favorite) My wife got the Bolivar Roll, and the Sirloin hibachi. We got a chicken plate for our daughters and also, edamame and miso soup. The only thing we didn’t quite like was the Kiko poppers, (their version of jalapeño poppers) it was Moroccan meat than anything else and very thin slice of jalapeño. Other than that, the food was fantastic and we will definitely be there again!
