I was very disappointed in Little Caesars tonight. Me and my fiance love getting the pretzel crust with cheese sauce and pepperoni. Tonight at the beginning of the call to make our order, the guy was super nice but after I ordered our bread sticks the guy had an attitude for the rest of the call and hung up without telling me what the total was or how long it would take. We got home with our pizza and it’s not even a pretzel crust. It’s literally REGULAR CRUST WITH SALT ON IT. Not to mention there’s hardly any cheese sauce and there’s way more regular cheese which never has happened.

I dont eat pizza all the time but when I want pizza and im in bolivar little Ceasars is fast friendly and the pizza is good and the price is nice as well!

Ordered a pretzel stuffed crust pizza tonight and got the worst pizza we have ever had along with the worst customer service from a manager! We asked for extra cheese sauce and extra salt around the edges. Even paid extra for it. Got neither. In fact, there was almost no cheese sauce and barely even shredded cheese on it as well. Hardly any salt and it basically tasted like straight bread with some pepperoni. We have ordered this pizza before without asking for extra sauce and got way more sauce than this time. Called up there and got the manager, (Juan/Wan) (unsure on spelling) and was told he made our pizza himself. He said he will let the general manager tomorrow and continued to say, they may not be able to do much about the incident. He was very rude to my husband and got defensive quickly. He told us that even if the pizza was remade, it would have the same result. We will just be taking this to corporate. That is not how you should speak to customers. If this is how managers here treat customers, we want corporate contacted instead.

We tried the stuffed crust pretzel pepperoni pizza—and it didn’t even make it home! The kids couldn’t get enough. It was hot, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Definitely one of our new favorites from Little Caesars. If you haven’t tried it yet, go get one while it’s hot!
