Small town diner with a small town feel. Good food but a little disappointed in the ability to swap items. Went in for breakfast and asked to swap hash browns for a little sausage due to type 2 diabetes. They were happy to swap but the removed the hash browns without any discount to the meal and charged me full price for a side of sausage. Unfortunately, they have lost a customer due to this policy. Food and service was great! We picked Smith's Restaurant for our July Luncheon spot to meet at for our Chevrolet truck group, and the private dining area had plenty of room for our group.
Portion size was incredible and the staff was great!
Parking: My only complaint is that they do not serve breakfast all day. We got there at 10:30 and all they had was the lunch and dinner menu. Would not even consider fixing a breakfast dish.
