15 min to get a small chocolate and a medium shake ,never got the order ,had to knock on window to get service,was told it was just then being made ,lil girl went whining to apparently the night manager (lil boy ,big mouth ) who proceeded to tell me ,I had to leave because I was rude to his employ ,I told him to give back my money ,when he handed back the money ,rudley,screaming ,and threatening me , lucky lil worm ,I will not return to Bolivar sonic and will get in touch with Sonic headquarters on customer service ,use to be a great place ,won't waste my time or money there again .

What manager only allows three people to work on a busy holiday week? A bad one that’s who. This place poor management and poor customer service. You’re better off dumpster diving from their trash for food than waiting on them bc you’ll be waiting for 30minutes just to get to someone. Want to improve your ratings? Get rid of your manager.

Every time I try the app it don't work this is the third time in a month.
The service was horrible!! We got 2 combo meals. $32 after tax!! The sandwiches were half ass made/smashed. The fries were halfway filled up/weren't even cooked all the way!! We usually have good service here but the morning shift today did a shit job.. Please.. do better! You wouldn't want your burger meal being half assed and having to pay a fortune!🤣🙄
I ordered at a stall, paid at the stall and waited 30 minutes for my food. After 30 minutes, I asked them when I should be expecting my food and they laughed and said they didn't have an order for the stall I was in. I watched 6 or 7 vehicles get their food that pulled in after me and left before I even got my food. I asked them to cancel my order and they said they couldn't do that either! I do NOT recommend this place, it is no longer America's drive in.

It was 99 cent corn dog day when I placed my order I asked if they were freshly cooked she said no I asked if I can get mine fresh she said some just came up I said okay great I want to order 15 when I received my order only three were fresh the rest were old. She was also very rude.

Husband and I ordered the new smash burger, I made my tots chili cheese and food was out quick, hot and fresh. Only thing I wish was different was I didn’t get but like 1 slice of pickle. Still delicious.
