Don't eat out much, but the times I am in town running errands I like to grab the number 10, which is chicken bites. My first order the chicken was so old and my fries were cold, called in and was told to come back and they would replace it. Went back an hour later after my appointment just to be handed some more old food.

I usually enjoy coming to this Sonic, but my last visit was really disappointing. The employee with brown hair who helped me was very unprofessional. They seemed annoyed to take my order, rushed me when I was trying to ask a question, and handed me my food without even saying a word. On top of that, the order wasn’t correct, and when I mentioned it, they rolled their eyes instead of fixing it politely. It definitely left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses the customer service here.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD
Spent almost 100 dollars and they got a plain double cheeseburger wrong 3 TIMES first time they brought out a normal burger second time they brought out two pieces of bread with a single burger inside no cheese third time they brought out a double cheeseburger with eveything but cheese on it and when the manager came out he was extremely hostile when they went back to make the burger i could see them throwing stuff around and throwing a fit. 1 star i will never come to this place again its absolutely ridiculous
Love there food, great service 👍, make sure you check your order carefully before you leave, when i order chilli cheese frys, I like my CHILLI to be on my chilli cheese frys.

The app messed up and my account was charged. It was a headache to get them to finally make my order and showed proof. I talked to the manager and she wrote my order down and put it into the system. Finally got my order and all of the corn dogs I received were under cooked and mushy. I’m not happy with the order I received and the customer service. Bolivar Sonic needs to do better.

Only giving 1 star since 0 stars isn't possible. Tuesday night has always been 1/2 price burger night at any Sonic. My husband went to get us a couple of burgers for dinner. He went through the drive-thru & asked them if they were still doing 1/2 price burgers, just to make sure. They said yes, took his order, he paid & they gave him the food. As they were getting ready to give him his change, they told him he was going to have to give the food back. When he asked why, they said they rang it up as half price. Confused, my husband asked what the problem was. They told him that they only do half price burgers if you order them online or on the app now. Complete & utter BS! Why change it?! I understand wanting to add the convenience of being able to order online or use the app, but that's no reason to refuse to honor the same deal in person. Especially when they said they would. The fact that they demanded the food back because of their own mistake & proceeded to get an attitude is beyond ridiculous! We will no longer visit any Sonic!!!
