I hate the tip option it makes me feed weird at check out but the staff is always amazing and the food is always good

I ordered a baked footlong online with little to no mayo and all I can taste is mayo like loaded with mayo& another thing it’s not baked.

The workers are great, the owner, not so much. The owner refuses to take the coupons that come in the mail. So they make you open the app on your phone to make the order and get the discount. The store can just scan the coupon at the register. 🤦♂️ only Subway I've seen that does this.

Had to throw my footlong sub away because of a sour ass taste amongst first bite that made me lose my appetite. Not sure what it is maybe the cucumbers. My employee had to th4ow his away as well with cucumbers on it. Pretty sad imo worst subway experience and i wasted $20
The past two times that I have eaten at this location it has made me sick literally threw up. I don't think the employees are very clean and need to think about their hygiene before serving other people food. I am pregnant it could harm my child. Overall since March of 2025 I've spent 50$ to 60$ bucks here, for myself and my family. Made me throw up in March too. I went to a different location in Buffalo Missouri and I never got sick from that location. I also went to a location in Collins Missouri never got sick from there either. Every time I eat at the Bolivar location I always get sick. I think that it is poor hygiene among the employees.

Came into the store, and they woulds’t accept a Subway issued coupon unless I ordered online or used the app. Bad service. Bad business.

I ordered two cold cuts combos to make the restaurants life easier since they don’t make the spicy Italian online anymore. I was going to take the bologna and ham off. When I got both sandwiches it’s just bologna. So I called to ask them if they knew, maybe they were out or something. The woman said they are pre made that she can look into it later because she has a line. So a customer that paid is less important after I just tipped them and spent $50 on sandwiches. Or I can come back in. I’m pregnant with twins and high risk I had my husband grab them before he went to work. So I will never use this subway again. I wish I could’ve sent it back to them at this point. Money down the drain and poor customer service.

I got diarrhea, my girlfriend got diarrhea, and my DOG got diarrhea!! All different sandwiches! Wouldn't go here!!! Ever!!!
Was a little dirty, worker scratched head with gloves on and went back to make my sandwich. I had them make me a while new sammich

Great experience!! Young lady who served us the evening of 4/11/2024 was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and efficient. She made wonderful sandwiches with a smile. We enjoyed our meal!
