Their pizzas are great but the evening we were there I ordered a Greek Salad. It was missing the tomatos and feta cheese. The dressing was pure oil. No flavor whatsoever. After waiting 30 min for my salad, I had to send it back. I don’t know if their regular cooks were there, but something was not normal. My wife said she eats here with the teachers from NC and it’s always been good. Their saving grace was the Bowtie Portobella. It made up for my awful salad.

Absolutely some of the best pizza I've ever had. Hands down. Very friendly staff, and the Dream Team there are good bunch of hard working people. Can't wait to go back. It was my first time there, and will continue to frequent this pizza place.

I tried this place because it was close to St Francois State Park, which I had just hiked in and worked up an appetite. The pasta con broccoli was rich and delicious; the only thing they could have done to improve it was to use cooked broccoli instead of hard, raw florets. The sauce was so flavorful and noodles were cooked just right. The garlic toast was very tasty. I also tried the chicken bacon ranch pizza, which was very good. The pizza crust appeared slightly overcooked due to the brick pizza oven which cooks over a fire, but the texture was actually great despite the char on the outside of the crust and it was not overdone afterall. The garlic toast was just that: toast. I noticed another reviewer complained about it being burnt, but mine was cooked just right and tasted great. The food was not fast, but also not slow. It was a reasonable amount of time for the meals they were cooking us. The name of this place really should be changed because this was not just a pizza place. They have a lot of options on the menu (pastas, salads, etc) and the food quality was much better than I expected. I would definitely try this place again if I'm in the area. Most pizzas and pastas were $16, and the pizza could feed 2 normal adults or one extremely hungry person. We both left with boxes.

Very disappointed In the service. I ordered a pizza and garlic bread to go at 530pm on a Thursday and the pizza is still not ready and it’s 6:20pm said another 10mins at least. When they told me in the phone it would be 30 mins only. They gave me the garlic bread which is now gonna be cold as I continue to wait for the pizza. Very sad that they serve the people inside first which they should but also need to keep up with the to go orders. So for example I noticed a lady and girl that came in about 550 pm. When I went inside and it was almost 620…I noticed they had food.. how can that be when I placed my order at 530? Seems to me they served them first and continued to push my order back. I figured I would give this place another shot as I love the pizza cause the time before this I did a to go just a pizza and it took an hour and 20mins. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here any time soon!
We had a party of 6 waited 45 minutes. A party that showed up 20 minutes after us got seated before us. We asked about and the hostess said they seated there self. Will never go here again. Terrible customer service.

We stopped in during a long drive home, hoping for a quick and easy meal — but unfortunately, our experience was far from that. We waited over an hour and a half for a very simple order: a child’s cheese pizza, a child’s Alfredo, and one of their specialty pizzas from the menu.
When we asked about the delay, we were told the specialty pizza would be removed from the bill and we’d only be charged around $20 to make up for the long wait. That seemed reasonable — but when the check came, we were only given $8 off, bringing the total to nearly $60.
We understand that restaurants can have kitchen issues or unexpected delays, but the combination of the excessive wait and the confusing back-and-forth over the bill made the stop more frustrating than it was worth. Hopefully things improve, but we won’t be returning.

If you want pizza and bread where you play Russian Roulette on if it's burned or not. If you want mushy microwaved pasta. If you want terrible management and owners who treat staff like garbage. Then this is the place for you.

This is our favorite pizza spot! Especially since we live close by. The service and wait time was great! There have been times in the past where it has taken awhile but I understand being busy and short staffed. My only complaint this visit was the flys and gnats. They were flying all over the windows or smushed everywhere. I will still continue to eat here hopefully this is worked on going forward.
Thanks!

Pizza was great! We really enjoyed the airy but crispy crust (that was not greasy at all). Staff was friendly and professional. A definite hidden small town gem, and we will be back.
Really good pizza!
Relaxed casual atmosphere. I LOVE their food. True wood fired brick oven pizza. The Greek Salad is wonderful. Love this place.
