Very disappointed In the service. I ordered a pizza and garlic bread to go at 530pm on a Thursday and the pizza is still not ready and it’s 6:20pm said another 10mins at least. When they told me in the phone it would be 30 mins only. They gave me the garlic bread which is now gonna be cold as I continue to wait for the pizza. Very sad that they serve the people inside first which they should but also need to keep up with the to go orders. So for example I noticed a lady and girl that came in about 550 pm. When I went inside and it was almost 620…I noticed they had food.. how can that be when I placed my order at 530? Seems to me they served them first and continued to push my order back. I figured I would give this place another shot as I love the pizza cause the time before this I did a to go just a pizza and it took an hour and 20mins. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here any time soon!

We had a party of 6 waited 45 minutes. A party that showed up 20 minutes after us got seated before us. We asked about and the hostess said they seated there self. Will never go here again. Terrible customer service.

We waited for someone to come and wait on us and nobody ever even cleaned off a table for us or offered us drinks.

This is my second time eating here, first time I dined in second time picked up. The pasta was OK, would possibly go back to try the salads which looked good. The pizza was not OK… It’s the driest pizza I’ve ever tasted in my life. I got the chicken pesto, had hardly any cheese or sauce on it and the chicken was extremely dry. Then I got what was supposed to be their supreme pizza which just tasted like super salty bacon, hardly any sauce as well. The sauce I could taste was not seasoned. The toppings were not even, there were only four tiny mushrooms on the entire pizza. This one did have a good amount of cheese, which was good. This was super disappointing. Was hoping to find a good pizza place and one that delivers to TDL as well. It would be nice if they add more sauce, season it, add good amount of every topping evenly, and add it to DoorDash. The crust was good! The people are very friendly and the service was great though.

It was suggested we try this spot out from my daughter. OMGoodness! The half salads were delicious… especially the Greek salad plus they were huge! Now on to the fire baked pizzas… they were cheesy crispy deliciousness! Can’t wait to try them out again!

We have have tried this place 4 times. The first time it was new so we gave it the benefit of the doubt for being overwhelmed and slow. The second time was a year later and the service was terrible, didnt even get our order taken in 45 min but they were very busy and we walked out. The third time we went there service still terrible but we did manage to get food within 1.5 hours. This last time will be the final time we try this place. We not only didn't get the food we asked for, we spent $20 dollars on 2 of these salads. They are supposed to be full orders. I

This was our first visit to Pizza 101 in Bonne Terre, MO and I was not disappointed 😋 I'm a "Sicilian- American", so I appreciate good pizza! Tasted great from the fired brick oven. Loved the atmosphere of the old historic building with pressed tin ceilings. There's also a bar and outside dining. Salad was plentiful and fresh. Local hidden gem, I'll be back!
