Their pizzas are great but the evening we were there I ordered a Greek Salad. It was missing the tomatos and feta cheese. The dressing was pure oil. No flavor whatsoever. After waiting 30 min for my salad, I had to send it back. I don’t know if their regular cooks were there, but something was not normal. My wife said she eats here with the teachers from NC and it’s always been good. Their saving grace was the Bowtie Portobella. It made up for my awful salad.
Absolutely some of the best pizza I've ever had. Hands down. Very friendly staff, and the Dream Team there are good bunch of hard working people. Can't wait to go back. It was my first time there, and will continue to frequent this pizza place.
I tried this place because it was close to St Francois State Park, which I had just hiked in and worked up an appetite. The pasta con broccoli was rich and delicious; the only thing they could have done to improve it was to use cooked broccoli instead of hard, raw florets. The sauce was so flavorful and noodles were cooked just right. The garlic toast was very tasty. I also tried the chicken bacon ranch pizza, which was very good. The pizza crust appeared slightly overcooked...
