My roomate order me a foot long sub at around 5 pm l ate about 1/4 of it & have thrown up 3 times it didn't taste right olives & peperoni. Never again no jack cheese no banana peppers tomatoes looked old so didn't get them

I don’t know what all these bad comments are about but it’s ridiculous this place is amazing funny people nice people yeah they make the food at tad slow but that’s how it should be slow so they make it correctly they do a wonderful job clean in the building great food great people

We ordered our food online at 8:10 on Thursday 8/15/24
, we arrived 10 minutes late sat in the car for a few minutes 4 people went in while we were setting in the car waiting, the 2 girls working fixed theirs before we got ours, finally getting ours at 8:40.

The team of girls was excellent, effective and on point. This subway experience was the best I have had in a while. The sandwich was full, they didn't skimp on the ingredients, they even asked if there was enough sauce. 5/4/24 at 1:30 pm

Definitely worst place to order food. Bonne Terre is a poor place not a lot of restaurants around here. That’s the only thing I came to Subway. I usually don’t care if you have attitude or if you don’t say hello or something but they are sooooooo slow. I used to work at a restaurant and I know it’s a frustrating job but to be slow is way out of order. Y’ll should be fired, I waited 20min just to get to the line. If you’re a worker and u are in the hurry DO NO EAT HERE. How stupid u have to be to not know how to make a sandwich. I understand no one is perfect some people are not flexible but bruh 20min to wait for me to get in line and order come on this is just stupid. I recommend go anywhere else be sides here. I’m never coming back here 0 of 0 service

I placed an order online for pick up and it was processing the order and it said would be completed at said time, but yet when I showed up I was told they don’t make it until you confirm in person. What’s the point of said time for an online order. It was paid for etc! I shouldn’t have to wait additionally because others decided to not pick their orders up. And on top of that didn’t even get the sandwich correct.

Isn't the point of ordering on the app so you bypass the line when you're in a hurry?.. The young man working was very nice and welcoming when I came in but the red headed girl had an attitude as soon as I opened the door, didnt say one word until I walked to the register to get my order(as I have several times before when ordering off the app). She ignorantly told me where the back of the line was. I have worked here and I don't remember receiving a tip??? First time I tip on the app this is the service I received. Ginger needs to quit customer service if she doesn't know how to properly greet the customers. Not my fault if she hates her job and I shouldn't have to endure such ignorance after I just spent money here. Won't be back.
