The highlight of my visit was definitely the chicken. Skippy’s chicken is exceptional—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The seasoning is balanced and flavorful, offering just the right amount of spice and herbs without overwhelming the natural taste of the meat. Each bite was delicious, and it was clear that the kitchen takes real care in preparation and consistency.

One of the things I appreciated most was the quick service. Despite the popularity of the restaurant, I didn’t have to wait long at all for my order. The staff was efficient and friendly, moving quickly while still taking the time to be polite and attentive. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed with quality, but Skippy’s manages both effortlessly.

Everything about the meal—from the warm welcome to the perfectly cooked chicken—left a lasting impression. Skippy's Route 66 Restaurant delivers exactly what you hope for in a fast-food stop: delicious, well-seasoned food served fast and fresh.
