Such a cute place. Great vibe,coffee, service and food. The biscuits and gravy was a huge portion for the price. I loved the eggs Benedict with bacon, not super traditional; little heat. We took some desserts home and loved both the dolly cake and gooie butter cake.
My sister and I were headed to western Missouri, and thankfully she remembered hearing about this little gem tucked away south of interstate 44 in Bourbon. From start to finish, our experience was wonderful. Michelle, one of the owners, took the time to welcome us and guide our culinary choices. We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh quinoa salad, to which we added some perfectly seasoned shredded chicken for added protein. (They were more than happy to accommodate dietary preference/restrictions)...
A truly outstanding experience. If you are near Bourbon, stop by. The food was spectacular - feels farm to table. The coffee fresh. And the pastries perfect.
We enjoyed the panini with the chicken soup for lunch and then had a slice of chocolate cake afterwards.
The ambience is peaceful - can’t recommend enough. We’ll definitely be back!
