Love supporting local businesses but this restaurant really needs to invest in their location. Large rips on booth cushion, window air unit with old yellowed spray foam sealant (still hot inside), just really run down making it very hard to trust the kitchen is clean.
That being said the food was pretty good. Only warning, they do not accept CC, cash only.

This place looked like it was out of a horror film, very dingy and I would have ordered breakfast (country fried steak) but they were out, however the gyro was very good and my mom's burger looked delicious too, I'd say it just needs an update and being there were only 2 people working I think they can afford to fix it up a bit with the amount of people that were in there, Also cash or check only...again very outdated

So disappointed. This is a pricey restaurant. My dad and I split the ribeye special, which came with a side salad. I ordered a side salad and was informed I had to order the salad bar since we were splitting the meal, which I did. It cost $12. It definitely is not worth the $12. It’s a measly salad bar with fake bacon bits. While our server informed us that I had to order the salad bar, she did not inform us of the $7 upcharge to split the meal. I just ordered a meal (the salad bar) and now we’re being charged to split🤨

If you are going to charge to split the meal, which is 100% profit to the restaurant, as it cost them absolutely nothing extra to do that, THEN split the meal in the kitchen and bring out two meals. Do something to earn the $7.

Diners, if you want to split a meal, don’t tell your server and just place the meal in the middle of the table and share it.

The building isn't a five start site but actually it is because it's not corporate and it shows a small town family feel best atmosphere ever and the employees are fantastic I always leave a ten to twenty dollar tip because they provide excellent service . Love this place to know end it's a small town and it belongs here

For how small Bowling Green MO is this is an okay restaurant for breakfast/lunch. There were only 2 servers so service was fairly slow but kind. The hash browns had zero flavor and were very mushy.

Restroom was bad. There was a sign on the door telling people not to flush toilet paper. All the used toilet paper had to be disposed of in the trashcan and it was full. This was far worse than a port-a potty.
