So I've lived in Bowling Green off and on for the last 30 years. NEVER have I ever been into a place of business where I HAVE to go find an employee just to get service! EVERY time I go in there...I can never find a cashier at the register. I have to go to the kitchen area and yell for service. If I was a thief....this store would be my dream place to rob! No one is ever at the front of the store. You gotta do better Casey's.
FYI not a thief, but warning you on the people who actually are could get away easily at your store. Thank God you got cameras cause your workers obviously don't care!

Why is this the only store to always be out of fresh food. It doesn't matter what time I stop at this location. They are always out of pizza, hot sandwiches, and other things that are to be in the warmers.

There is never hot food items available, and if there is hot food items, it is always dated and likely shouldn’t be consumed.
This Caseys’ hot food line is always empty up to 2 hours after opening and usually 2 hours prior to close.

Unfortunately, I’m pretty sure this Casey’s has never heard of pizza sauce. If you ask for extra you might get a drop or two otherwise you get zero lol at least the Italian sausage is pretty good

Place is an absolute joke. Employees will walk around until there is a line at the counter then slowly come up. Don't go in if you have anywhere to be!5:45am and not one single breakfast item available.
If clerks are doing something they will ignore you at the counter. This happened to me more than once so I walked out today and will not go back. Customer service is not a priority here.

Went there 10 18 2023 at 5 pm no pizzas were made for single servings to grab so I ordered a Taco pizza worst looking pizza ever can't believe I paid for it.. that manager had no type of control people was in there who ordered a pizza over phone and she missed it.. what a horrible caseys.. and manager..

Don’t order dipping sauces with your food. You’ll pay for them then they wont put them in the boxes.

Went to Casey's in bowling green mo at 12:10pm date was 06/27/2023 I asked the worker sherry to put my items in a bag because I couldn't carry them out to my car I don't think she wanted to do that because she slammed my items into my bag and said there
