I’m here Visiting my mother in law and I went in to get a coffee and I told the lady that they were out of lids and she told me maybe you should turn around and look with a smartass remark then I walked up and was gonna let the person behind me go ahead and go and she said no I done got you rung up. I will not be coming back and I will be getting ahold of the manger because that type of attitude will get you fired if your where I’m from.

Never had a bad time in Casey's until today. The woman who was there looked bored and she was more concerned about what she was doing then coming to the check out. She was bland to say the least. There was no politeness to her at all. All I bought was a pizza slice so it wasn't like it was a huge order. I get that we all have crappy days but they mood needs to be left at the door. Doesn't change our mind about going to this Casey's but I hope someone there sees this and maybe talks to her and see if she's okay.

So I've lived in Bowling Green off and on for the last 30 years. NEVER have I ever been into a place of business where I HAVE to go find an employee just to get service! EVERY time I go in there...I can never find a cashier at the register. I have to go to the kitchen area and yell for service. If I was a thief....this store would be my dream place to rob! No one is ever at the front of the store. You gotta do better Casey's.
FYI not a thief, but warning you on the people who actually are could get away easily at your store. Thank God you got cameras cause your workers obviously don't care!

There is never hot food items available, and if there is hot food items, it is always dated and likely shouldn’t be consumed.
This Caseys’ hot food line is always empty up to 2 hours after opening and usually 2 hours prior to close.
Unfortunately, I’m pretty sure this Casey’s has never heard of pizza sauce. If you ask for extra you might get a drop or two otherwise you get zero lol at least the Italian sausage is pretty good
