We stopped in at around 1130 on Sat, 1/17 and what we had was one of the worst meals I have ever had in my life. I ordered a handbreaded chicken combo with curly fries and my mom had a chicken strip combo. My curly fries were half regular fries and half regular fries that were clearly not fresh. My chicken on my sandwich was like rubber. Same problem. My moms chicken strips were like rubber too. The only good thing was my moms fries and the fact we got our food really quick, though i think i know why it was quick, based on the state of our food. Having worked at Hardees years ago, I think we got the fries left in the bottom of the frier bin and they either were too lazy to make a new batch, or they had a new batch cooking and they didnt want to wait for those to finish, even though the fry time is 2-3 minutes. I also think our chicken had been held way too long in the holding bin. When I worked there, we werent even allowed to hold chicken, but I guess things have changed. We paid $25 for our meal, and we left feeling ripped off and wishing we had gone to McDonalds. Normally, Id have complained to the MOD, but the staff on duty gave off a vibe that they didnt care about their job. This will likely be my last visit to any Hardees location, as visits to othet locations havent been great either.

This is my first time ever being to this location and it will probably be my last. I am not from around this area. I am just road tripping to see some family and I stopped in to get a bite to eat off two for five. I wanted to sausage egg biscuits, but I like my sausage well done so I asked if I could have it cooked order The cook Dylan and the other line cook Zach made it a big ordeal when the Frontliner Hillary continuously asked them and told them I wanted it made fresh they made the Sandwiches with the already premade sausage and egg that was already made and acted like they couldn’t hear or understand what my request was when Hillary told them what the request was and that I wanted it cooked to order they threw a fit and made multiple ignorant and provocative comments about my request. The woman that took my order was very embarrassed and was so very sorry that I was dealing with service like this. She was definitely a doll and deserves a Thank you for the way she dealt with them

The staff was very friendly the store is the cleanest I have been to in awhile my food was made fresh and everything was correct, Dylan i met was the kindest young man i have ever spoke to he was very patient while I took my time ordering and answered all my questions immediately without attitude. 10/10 will come again

We visited in the drive-through yesterday and our order was fresh and correct. The cinnamon roll we ordered was half the size of the ones they sold in the past. It was ok, but not as good as the old ones. Kid sized maybe. Plenty of parking, especially for semis.
