Just left Subway in Bowling Green, Missouri. We walked in and not one person looked up at us or ask us if we wanted to order or said they would be with us in a couple minutes. We stood there several minutes while people were behind the counter. We left ,no hello or no goodbye from them, no response whatsoever. It was very awkward.

I love this subway, they are so nice and very efficient! The only thing that sucks is they sometimes close early because of staffing problems. Restaurant is clean, fast service and always fresh food!!
Ladies at the front are completely unprofessional. Not sure who taught them what customer service means, but they apparently missed a lesson or two. I ordered my meal online while my grandmother decided to place her order inside. While she was ordering, this lady reads my online order and makes comments such as “they’re not getting extra cheese. They didn’t even pay for it. They’ll get the four slices, and be happy.” Please keep in mind that I did in fact pay for extra cheese, and my note for the order was “may I have extra cheese, please.” It was at this point that I spoke to the lady and told her…that’s my order and that I did in fact pay the up charge. At that point she became exceptionally kind speaking to us with a much lighter tone. I understand being frustrated, but there is ABSOLUTELY NO reason to speak in front of customers that way. The individual at the register (dark hair, black choker necklace) was super kind, upgrading my drink to a bottled drink, because the fountain was broke. They are the kinds of people that you want as the face of the company, not those two children making the sandwiches. All in all, food was good, and wait was short. Just very displeased with my service.

Food, service and everything between was great! But for some reason the sauce was all put on the outside edge of both sandwiches we got. This makes for a HUGE MESS and 3/4 of the sandwich with no sauce. Hopefully they can correct this issue and everything would be perfect.

This subway is a joke, it would be average if they didn’t have one major problem. They don’t take subway coupons for some reason! They told me if I wanted to use my coupons to go to a surrounding store that accepts them lol I took their advice and go to others instead. It’s interesting that the surrounding ones are in smaller towns with less people and somehow still make money. Unfortunately there’s just a bad case of greed here. The food is edible here I just refuse to support a business that clearly has no interest in supporting their community

I only visit this store a couple times per year, on my way to St. Louis. It is always good. This time I was happy to be offered the "chopped" salad option when I ordered a protein bowl! This store kept their big bowl & chopper. So smart! The salads are much tastier & easier to eat that way. I wish my local stores would still have this option!
