Waited 45 minutes for 3 tacos. food was cold. staff was miserable.

Staying at the hotel in town 2 places closed for a private party that I tried so I picked here out of mcdonalds. Not only was my order wrong- it was disgusting. Mind you, there wasn't a single car or person in the restaraunt besides the employees. Chalupa shell was almost inedible... cold and chewy as if it had been sitting there for several house. The few tacos I also got were DRIPPING in grease to the point it caused holes in the wrapping. On top of that it was completely disassembled. When I tried to pull it out of the wrapper it had almost all the contents basically on the outside of the tortilla.
Not sure why I'm leaving this review. Small towns are the worst when it comes to giving a crap about service.

This night service was better... food is satisfactory, could be better, it is fast food, was slightly warm and slapped together, standards need rised and could be so much better...

Stopped by after a youth football game with a loaded down car. We were missing food from our drive thru order. Doors were locked and another customer finally lets me in. They asked to take my order TWICE. Both times I told them I was just missing food and already paid. They told me they would get to it when they could and then would take the next persons order. What? Ten minutes later, during the third interaction, I told the guy what had just happened the first two times and that I have kids in the car and live over an hour away. I told him I would even downgrade, could I just have some regular tacos in place of them and I’ll be on my way? He said, “we’ll get to it when we have time.” Mindblown. I unfortunately lost my cool. Left without my food. Won’t be back.

Very disappointed in this Taco Bell and will never go back. 1st off we have gone there 3 separate times around 8 pm and the doors are locked. Have to go through drive thru. But today topped it off. Went through the drive thru @ around 4:15 pm to take food home for dinner.
1st off they didn't give me a receipt
2nd when I got home to eat my soft taco was only half full of ingredients and the hard taco was nowhere near fresh and tasted old. Couldn't eat it. It had been sitting so long that the grease from the meat weekend she'll to the point it was no longer 1 she'll it was just 2 pieces.
I drive 30 minutes to go there, but next time will drive 30 minutes in the opposite way.

Husband brought home my food. The person who made my food must have been new. This is not a burrito supreme. I don’t eat out very often and haven’t had Taco Bell in over over a year. I don’t think I’m gonna have it ever again.

Lobby closed at 8pm on a night where a dozen baseball games are being played 3 blocks away. Left and went to DQ where the lobby is open until 10pm! Horrible customer service at Taco Bell is a win for excellent customer service at DQ!

This is my favorite Taco Bell. The Staff honors discounts that others sometimes don't. I will be coming back for sure. Food is always hot and fresh it seems they care about how the food tastes..

I went through drive through saw the employee with his headset come out of his vehicle, and I repeated myself 3 times before going to a restaurant that is actually fast food. The place needs management for management or something to improve the way things work. It was may 22 around 10am
