Very friendly in the drive thru
Got 2 tacos and 2 burrito supreme. Both selections were very good.
The little girl named Kim that's the manager has zero people skills. How she got the position is beyond me. This location really needs to work on getting better management! I will be leaving when I come there and see her.
Waited 20 minutes in line
They ran out of beef so had to get chicken on everything. Chicken tasted dry as heck! Dinner ruined!
Was good tacos
I hate kiosk only ordering. Lacks customer service.
The employees are nice but definitely need more training (or less weed). I've never had any problems getting things fixed after getting the wrong order but It would be nice if they were correct the first time. In short; wonderful people work here but I've never gotten a correct order on the first try.
Nice clean efficient Taco Bell!
I ordered at the drive thru. Two quesadillas and two #9s. Even read the items off when ordering the #9 boxes. Everything pops off the screen and two totals pop up and she asks over the intercom if everything looks okay. I can't tell, no details are provided. She does ask if I'll round up for charity, I said yes and my total was $32. I paid cash at the window was never given a receipt. Got home and the bag had two quesadillas and two tacos in it. I called immediately and the young man took my name and asked if I would come back to get it fixed. I said I was on the way. When I got to the store a young lady very sharply told me she was the manager and I got what I order, because she heard it. They took me for $32 for two quesadillas and two regular tacos. And then I was treated rudely. I don't leave reviews. I can't remember ever doing one. But people should know about this. Be forewarned

Excellent service! The young lady working today is a manager's dream. I rarely choose Taco Bell. Today was different. I will return due to the helpful, polite and patient young girl who helped me through the menu, the kiosk and payment choices.🤙 She even helped me carry out my purchase to the car. A friendly and caring smile the whole time. 😊 After a difficult day she sure helped the sun to shine brighter.☀️ I wish I asked her name. She's a keeper Taco Bell. Our food was delicious 😋 too. A thank you from 🌹
did not get my food stared at me for 20 minutes and did not tell me they were closed
Me and my wife went in to order food with my dad and his wife. 40 mins before they closed on Dec 24 of 2024. After we start looking at the Menu to order. There so called Manager comes out and says sorry we are running low on everything runs us out of the Restaurant . We was glad to go over to DQ to eat . and as we was sitting in DQ they keep letting people go through drive Through to order . It was just a way to keep us out of the inside of restaurant. so your low life so called Manager can stand around by the back door. Where they where when we walked in . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE EVERYONE .
Waited 45 minutes for 3 tacos. food was cold. staff was miserable.

Staying at the hotel in town 2 places closed for a private party that I tried so I picked here out of mcdonalds. Not only was my order wrong- it was disgusting. Mind you, there wasn't a single car or person in the restaraunt besides the employees. Chalupa shell was almost inedible... cold and chewy as if it had been sitting there for several house. The few tacos I also got were DRIPPING in grease to the point it caused holes in the wrapping. On top of that it was completely disassembled. When I tried to pull it out of the wrapper it had almost all the contents basically on the outside of the tortilla.
Not sure why I'm leaving this review. Small towns are the worst when it comes to giving a crap about service.
