“We sat in the bar, and the server was very attentive, but the food took forever to come out. My ribeye was super salty and a little burnt, but I wasn't going to send it back after waiting so long.
The stuffed mushrooms were great, we loved the bread, the mashed potatoes were scrumptious, and the ranch dressing was very tasty.
Prices were typical for what steak usually costs.
Being that there are so many places to choose to eat, I'm not sure that longhorn stood out enough, for us to return.”

“Very happy with food and service every time we've gone. BUT you need changing tables in your restrooms. I had to change my baby on the floor of the women's bathroom. I recommend installing a changing table in both the women's and men's restrooms because dad's change diapers too.”

“During a recent trip to Branson, had a pretty nice dinner with my wife. For starters, were were seated and given a nice cornbread appetizer. It was OK, but nothing terribly spectacular. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, which had tomatoes on it.......not terrible, but was peculiar. Finally, the main course, my wife had the mahi mahi with shrimp and sauce. Her fish was overcooked but the sauce was to her satisfaction. I had the Kansas City Strip with Crab Cake and mashed potatoes, and was very pleased with the cook (it should be noted that I am somewhat of a steak snob, so a cook to impress me is quite some doing).”

“Just had a relaxing lunch. The food was great. Anthony and Steve were our waiters and they did an excellent job. If you haven’t had Red Lobster in a while, give them a try. The new menu is great. I’d give them 5 stars!!”

“This is far and away the best sports bar in town. Heck - they are pretty much my favorite place to eat, period! Their wings are the best ever - char-grilled, not fried or baked (as some mistaken reviewers have claimed. Everything is quite affordable, the service is beyond excellent, and the drinks are excellent! Do they get busy? Heck yes - and that's always a good sign! Do they occasionally have an off night? Doesn't every establishment? But do they respond to issues and take care of the situation? Absolutely! I often joke that this place is my own Cheers bar, as the staff is so good and know my name! If their food, drinks or service sucked, or was incredibly inconsistent, I'd never recommend them. But they are the best in town - and my first recommendation if someone wants a good place to watch a sporting event, they will always be my first choice to recommend!”

“Most awesome place to eat. We have been coming to Branson for several years and eat here every year. We have 2 favorite restaurants we eat at, this being one of them. We only eat out twice during our 5 day stay in Branson. We ate there last night and again tonight, instead of cooking ourselves. Amazing food. Love the new location. Like a lot of other businesses, they too have been short staffed. With that being said, they never stop moving. Always making sure their customers are taken care of. This is the first restaurant we have been to that asked us our names and treated us like family. And the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. A must go to. Amazing amazing. “You definitely won't leave here hungry!! Get here early!! We arrived on Monday (12/22/24) about 11 am, the parking lot was full. The wait for 2 people was over an hour. We decided we'd come back the next day, so we did. When we got there about 7:30am ish, there was no wait and plenty of parking. Our food was excellent and came out quick!! Hot, fresh, and savory! The portions are very large. We had plenty for leftovers. A few varieties of coffee drinks, hot and delicious ☕ . Our waitress was very nice and prompt. The whole atmosphere of the place is cozy, neat and lots to take in. Seating can get cramped when the place fills up. So probably not best for extremely non social people. The menu has a large variety to choose from. Since the portions are large, we recommend sharing a couple items and taking left overs 😋🤤🥡 when we left, it was about 8:30am, the parking lot was fulling up, but no wait yet. There's so many things on the menu I can't wait to try next time we go. #travelingtourist”

“Billy Bob’s Dairy Land is such a fun place. It’s small but don’t let that fool you. The food is great (real ingredients) and service is spectacular! Another diner suggested requesting caramel for the sweet potato fries. They will do this if you ask and yum! Make sure you save room for those little pies they have. Sorry, we had it gone before we thought about the picture so you’ll have to trust me on that one. We will be making this a regular stop every time we’re in Branson. “Honest Review of Billy Gail's in Branson, MO I recently visited Billy Gail's in Branson, and overall, it was a good experience with a few ups and downs. Starting with the positives—the service from my server and the front-of-house supervisor was excellent. Once I was seated, my server was attentive and friendly, and the food was very good. The portions were generous, and the flavors were exactly what you’d hope for from a place known for homestyle cooking. However, the initial impression wasn’t quite as welcoming. The hostess gave off a rather cold and distant vibe upon arrival, which set a bit of a negative tone at the start. Additionally, it took about 20 to 30 minutes before I was even greeted by my server. It turns out she hadn’t been alerted by the hostess that I had been seated, which explains the delay—but it was still a bit frustrating. Despite the rocky start, the good food and strong service from my server and the supervisor made up for it. I’d definitely give Billy Gail's another try, especially since the food and service (once it got going) were solid. Hopefully, they can smooth out the front-of-house communication to create a more welcoming first impression.”

Food - not sure how “authentic” they are, but their food was served hot and tasty. I was impressed that they seemed to make their own chips and taco shells. Parking: You can park in front of their place or anywhere downtown, they also have parking behind the building in a lot and you come in thru the back.”

I mean seriously– YUM.The serving size for their soup is big enough to feel satisfied, and even comes with a bag of homemade croutons! (FYI: We had the Tomato and the Chicken Tortilla.) We also got a couple of sandwiches (some crazy-big Meatball sub w/cheese, sauce, & [?] + a Pastrami sandwich/sub; pepperoni pizza bread; and mac & cheese (which we were supposed to share, but it was so good that I ate it all myself! ?). The rest of the food lasted us all weekend, and it was still just as delicious reheated!I feel I need to make a point to mention that the 2 gentleman that took our order and made our food that night were BEYOND friendly. Not for even one second did they ever make me feel like I was an inconvenience [for having the nerve to order FOOD at a 'food establishment' ?] like many places do –if ya know-what-I-mean?? Another pleasant surprise – it only took about 15 minutes for the entire order to be ready!

Steve, carl, and Landon were outside helping us load our 26 ft Penske truck. They were awesome also. We forgot to use our nonprofit and Melissa and Ron helped us and made it happen. The food was hot and delicious. This is the only restaurant where I've actually been able to eat the mozzarella sticks. They weren't overly greasy like others I've had.

The only thing that wasn't great about our experience was the hostess. She was EXTREMELY snarky and rude. We didn't realize that the high chair was the kind you set in the booth. When we asked her about it, she was rude when she responded, "Well, I can't set the high chair in the floor." Girl, you could've been a lot nicer. I didn't get her name, although now I wish I would've.

If you go to Chili's, definitely ask for Tatiana as your waitress. You WONT be disappointed!!!”

“On a beautiful sunny afternoon I rode my goldwing motorcycle through town. I'm not one to treat myself, but thought "what the heck" and stopped at this particular Denny's. JP(short for Jennifer P) welcomed me like family and helped me decide on a black coffee, lumberjack slam with caramel banana cream pancakes on the side. I enjoyed the flavors as if trying them for the first time all over again. The food was not greasy and the coffee was not weak. All in all I was extremely happy with the meal and friendly service. I highly recommend that any decent persons looking for an authentic experience gives this location a try. I think you will be joyfully surprised.”

If you purchase a jam/jelly there they wrap it and put it in a much sturdier bag that your bread will also fit in. The bags provided for you at the end of the counter are much flimsier.”
