It was labor day but there wasn't a big crowd. We didn't have to wait long for a table. The food was ok for a diner. The service sucked! We waited for more than 30 minutes to get our food. Our waitress didn't come check on us at all.

The food is normally very good. On this day however the Monte Cristo tasted like the oil was somewhat rancid. Not good. They were super busy, but they needed to watch that. Had I been a new customer, I probably would've given 2-3 stars not knowing how good they normally are.
