My husband and I drove from Forsyth to Branson West for Hardees. SERVICE AND FOOD TERRIBLE! Our meals were $30 and our fries were hard as a rock. My husband took the fries to the counter where they then put them back in the fryer mind you we had our hands on those fries that they put right back in the grease. We realized getting anything good from here was a waste of time and trashed our food. This is sad.

Most of the tables were dirty, the bathroom was not working ( not sure how this is up to heath standards) trash can were full. Openly talking about smoking in the back. Did not order curly fries got curly fries. There was at least 7 employees here this place should be running more smoothly.

Waited 45mins with 3 cars in line. Food was cold and not what we ordered. Friday night at 9am.
Ordered 2 of the Barbecue sandwich meals and the sandwiches were awful were dry as powder then Hardee's wouldn't even help with the cost of another meal after paying right at $40 for the 2 meals. Terrible absolutely Terrible customer service Don't order the Barbecue sandwiches
