Brought the wrong order, then said they would correct the charge for the lower amount that it should have been. Discovered when I got home that they charged more, not less. It was only 40 cents, so I wasn't going to waste gas driving back. While there, saw them have a similar issue with another customer.

The food was hot and tasted great. The guys working were awesome and had great customer service. 1st time eating here as we come to Branson a few times a year. It was a little cool in the restaurant, but we understand that sometimes things happen with the AC units.

The Branson West Hardee's just about it slow as McDonald's they must be trading employees they don't know the word hustle they are polite they do the best they can but the best they can do is not the best I think they can do or anybody else it's always slow slow slow slow slow
