Dine in here is not like it used to be. No fountain drinks..your wings come in a to go container. No napkins or plates til the pizza came. The food was good but disappointed in the changes.

I ordered an hour ahead of time. I had to wait 15 minutes after my pickup time. I asked why and they said there were too many that ordered before me. I asked someone there picking up and they said they said they had ordered 25 minutes ago and theirs was ready.

I ordered the chicken, bacon ranch melt and the meatlovers melt and they were so burnt that we couldn't eat them. Total waste of money.

No service at all. Had to ask if dine in. When answered, no one came to give us menus, ask for drink orders , or anything else. The people sitting next to us had to get up and go put in their order. Finally after about 15 mins, we got up to leave to find the lady behind the counter stocking straws. We ask for management and all they had was the first name of a manager that was off. This is very bad customer service and I would not recommend this kind of service to anyone. I get if they are short handed but stocking straws can wait over serving people.

Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 different kinds of wings and when I asked for some ranch, it costs extra lol. Seriously!? Why should it cost me extra to get a dipping sauce for my wings that I paid for…
Delivered the pizza 1 hour late! The Pizza was very cold and crusty’s very hard! We cannot even eat because we thought that they just reheated it in the microwave and they over reheated it. We tried to called and the person answered when he found out that it’s a complaint he hanged up the phone. Very bad service from this Pizza Hut in Branson!

Well 2 days ago we made our order. As I was waiting I noticed the cook had something in his lip only noticed because he spit a few times… I got up asked for a manager by time time one came up to the front. She was boxing up our pizza. I told her if it was normal for the cooks to dip whyll they make the food. She said no he wasn't dipping that he had a over bit. Well I ended up leaving without our order. As I walked out he was seating out side on the bench and I told him that it was gross to make someone's food whyll dipping and he said no one else complains. I walked off and I'll never go back... The last year and a half has really went down hill. The service sucks and to be honest the druggies you have working for you is very obvious. Sadly I will not be back...this is the Branson West, MO

I've been to a dozen plus pizza huts in my life and this is by far the best! The staff was beyond friendly, service was terrific, food was great, and the building was clean. Despite them having a busy afternoon the build was tidy and everyone was still very happy!
