The only thing I can have from there is the ice cream. I used to always get the butterfinger blasts which I loved. They were gluten free. They have discontinued this blast

It took a while to order. The operator was in a hurry and had hardly any time for questions or full order. Service took long. The fries were greasy and we didn't feel good after having them. One of the kid felt nauseous and threw up on our way out.

The Branson West Sonic was doing really well at first when I started going there 4 months ago to help my daughter work on her new house. today, I stopped an order the new smash burger and drink as I'm sitting and waiting for my food. 4 other cars showed up after I ordered, and they ordered food and received their food, and they enjoyed their meals. After 20 minutes of waiting, I had to stop a car hop and ask where my order was. Her reply was that they were really busy and I needed to be patient. I said I've been patiently waiting for 20 minutes and got to watch other people enjoying their food. 5 minutes later, she comes out with my burger that is cold, and the box soggy from grease. I wasn't really happy with out come and the response from the car hop I didn't want to wait anymore. The meal was gross. I ordered it without secret sauce, but that didn't happen... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved that they were open to my crazy drink combination idea
I think they recently hired a whole new crew –or at least a bunch of new people, because their service here has really stepped up. Bravo! It used to be unbearably slow, but for the past few weeks or so, it has really turned around. The staff has always been extremely friendly and still is. I also love how they always send you off (in the drive-thru, anyway) with "Have a blessed day" ❤️. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the banana shakes are the best!
