Ordered online through the app and placed 2 different orders. They mixed up the sandwiches. Just because was same name they were for 2 different places so needless to say I couldn't eat,my dinner bc I can't eat spicy foods. Thanks subway for showing your incompetence once again. Wish I had a better subway close to my house. Sad shame we have to inspect the food before we eat!

Our visit to the West Branson location was less than impressive. The sandwich had very little meat (one slice) toppings were added sparingly. The finished product look like a breakfast Burrito rather than a sub sandwich.

My favorite subway by far! I made two online orders and realized I didn’t put the later time I was gonna pick up on the second order. I called quickly after and explained I wouldn’t be there till later. Ashley had already finished the order and offered to make a new one closer to the time I’d be there. I told her not to worry about it. It was completely my fault for not checking the pick up time when I ordered. Well when I arrived to pick up my orders she told me she went ahead and remade the order regardless of it being my mistake. GREAT customer service on her part! Thank you!!

This is one of the cleanest Subways I have ever been in. Every time we go there they are very friendly and our food is excellent. We went the evening of 5/6/24 and the two young men working were very professional and friendly. We always drive from Branson to this Subway because of the excellent service and food!

This is my 3rd time ordering from Subway. My first time my order was wrong, second time it showed my delivery person in my parking lot and never delivered my food, third time I ordered 2 beast sandwich with all the vegetables. I received 2 ham sandwiches with lettuce and tomato only, not even cheese. All 3 times I've reached out in emails since thats the only way to contact them and they never responded to any of my emails. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY CAUSE IT'LL BE WRONG AND NO WAY TO COMPLAIN OR GET REFUND. WORST RUN BUSINESS I'VE EVER SEEN. WISH I COULD DO ZERO STARS .
