This is my 3rd time ordering from Subway. My first time my order was wrong, second time it showed my delivery person in my parking lot and never delivered my food, third time I ordered 2 beast sandwich with all the vegetables. I received 2 ham sandwiches with lettuce and tomato only, not even cheese. All 3 times I've reached out in emails since thats the only way to contact them and they never responded to any of my emails. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY CAUSE IT'LL BE WRONG AND NO WAY TO COMPLAIN OR GET REFUND. WORST RUN BUSINESS I'VE EVER SEEN. WISH I COULD DO ZERO STARS .

I had the Italian BMT on Flatbread. The employees at this subway were great. Didn't skimp on toppings.Vegetarian options: You can order a sandwich or a bowl with no meat and / or no cheese. If you tell them you are vegitarian, they will make sure your veggies are not contaminated with the meat from other sandwiches

The sign clearly open at 830 however after a phone call made at 855 a lady answers with an attitude stating they have no bread or stock and won’t open till 10. No apology just an attitude. However when I first arrived the employees were sitting in the booth on the phone reading a magazine. Can’t run a business if the employees just sit around rather that arrive early to prepare to open. Our party of 5 took our business elsewhere.

I ordered two subs on the app. Then I got a call from the store saying they were out of bread and they couldn't fulfill my order. I said okay just refund my money. And they told me they couldn't refund my money even though they didn't fulfill my order. They said I have to call my bank and dispute the charge. They said they couldn't put a note in the order stating what happened. So now I have to dispute the charge and hope that Subway doesn't dispute the charge with my bank. I will not use the subway app again.

Walked in to order Friday afternoon April 14. 4 employees were behind service bar. One employee said they would be with me in a minute. I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. All 4 would look up at me then ignore me. I waited. And waited. No Other customers were there. Then no one would acknowledge me or take my order. I waited. I walked out. Never to return. Awful service. Not friendly.
