My daughter was struggling to decide what she wanted and the person taking our order asked her probing questions (like what's your favorite candy, lemonade flavor, lollipop flavor) to help her decide what to get!

Employees should be at the station taking orders, how am I supposed to tell if the lane is open? Took longer than expected, sucks seeing cars being served before you.
