Im not usually one to write a review, but after our visit tonight I feel that the constructive criticism is in order. This restaurant/activity center has a huge opportunity for great success and has lots of potential, if they can address a few things.

We had a Party of 6 people, and we came to eat and bowl. Keep in mind, the place maybe we’re 25% full, plenty of seating available and 6 or 7 employees alone in the restaurant portion, mostly standing in their computer checkout hut socializing.

We had ordered a round of 6 drinks. 20 mins later, We were delivered 5, and the server ELISHA very rudely distributed them, had no idea what was what, and then when questioned what drink she was trying to serve, she obviously made up whatever we asked for and changed the name of the drinks to make sure it got passed off to someone so she didn’t have to take it back. It was very apparent she had no interest in working that night.

I had asked where the 6th drink was, and with her ridiculous attitude she snarked back “ I Don’t Know, I’m running someone else’s drink order.” Gave me a nasty look and left only to go back to her computer hut. As a customer, I’m looking around at all the other waitresses and waiters socializing with other employees, with no hustle, looking for validation of why this should be a problem in the first place.. I ended up going to the bar and got the drink myself.

After that, our food order was delivered. Again, 5 entrees, missing the 6th entree. “The Kitchen Forgot your meal, Sorry.”

At the end, we finish our meal, and attempt to check out, and the process takes 15 minutes to pay our tab so we can barely make it to our bowling lane on time we paid for, because of the lack of hustle in the work ethic.

Believe me, I understand when places are busy, or short staffed, or it’s the weekend with tourists. BUT!! It’s Saturday night, full staff, 25% capacity, and plenty of seating. No excuse.

Great food! Great atmosphere! Terrible service. We went to Coldstone Creamery had better service with 2 people behind the counter, and lobby full of customers than here. Hope it gets better if we visit again.

Genuinely one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Our server talked down to us while taking our order and then never came back afterwards, we had to ask multiple times for our check before finally receiving it. The food was good but the service was horrible.

We went for an escape room - no story line or anything explained - just put in a room with no explanation of what we were looking for. The guy who was supposed to explain everything was very disengaged, made it seem like he just wanted to shove us in there and leave. We have done a ton a ton of escape rooms - by far the worst we’ve ever done! And the most expensive! Would really like my money back - ruined our night - wish we would have gone somewhere else

I learned that bowling and eating is not really good hygiene. Think about it, you use your fingers to roll a ball down a lane, then you use those same fingers to pick up your food, lol!

Luckily we had enough hand sanitizer.

Atmosphere is good.
