I will never advise anyone to eat at this location. I had ordered a steak. It was sent to me raw. I wanted it medium-rare. I asked them to send it back, they sent it back and brought it back to be burnt. I tried to discuss the issue with a manager. The manager became irate and aggressive with me threatening to kick me and my kids out I am so disappointed in this place and will not be returning at any given time. Good luck.

My husband and I were visiting family from out of state and our hometown Applebee's has recently shut down. Although the host was rude, our server, Mickey/Derek, made up for it. He was attentive and very personable (not to mention, handsome). I was going to order the salmon and my husband the grilled cheese cheeseburger, but he pointed out that we could save a few dollars by ordering off of the two for $25 deal. The restaurant had a good vibe but the lack of lighting (inside and outside) could use some improvement, in my opinion.

Used to love it here until it took a massive hit in quality. Tonight we finally gave it another chance and the new management has done wonders for it. Kelly made us feel welcomed and made sure our experience was amazing. Can safely recommend the Branson Applebee's again.
