If you’re in Branson and craving a classic meal, the A&W is a fantastic choice. I was initially intimidated by the long line, but the service was incredibly quick and efficient—the staff clearly knows how to handle a crowd.
The food was fresh and delicious, exactly what you want from an A&W. What truly made the visit special, however, was the older gentleman at the counter. He was exceptionally polite and welcoming, adding a touch of genuine hospitality to our day. Great food, fast service, and a wonderful staff make this a highly recommended stop!
Tip -- get your food to go. The seating in the establishment is fine, just a little busy and loud.

Went in at 7:30 and they notified us that they was carry out only, so I asked what time they close and she said 8:00, two other groups of people came in right after us and they let them know that the kitchen was closed, very rude establishment, you need to either change your hours and close at 7:30 or leave your kitchen open until 8:00

Now I've eaten here many times before and I will honestly say that manager the head manager needs to really get an attitude adjustment probably pick up some manners Andy more respectful to their members of their team and also need to be more respectful to the guest or the customer he has a real attitude half the time I've gotten real sick of going up there and buying my food just for him to pull out a person who's already at the register so he can serve me and proceeded to get an attitude with me I do I for one do not respect nor tolerate that nor do I think it's very a smart idea nor a good business investment. Oh the manager name that I'm respectfully talking directly about would be the ask for the employees I seem to go above and beyond and do way more than they're asked April and Jessica I believe her name was they did a tremendous job I'm cooking the food and taking my order but that manager Steve really needs to get his someone needs to smack some sense into him there's no reason that he should be disrespectful to his customers and disrespectful to his employees.

Worst A&W I have been too. They only benefit from being the only restaurant in the outlet mall. Food sucked, the girl with the pink hair acts like the customers are her enemy. Even though if customers didn't come in she wouldn't have a job. Overall horrible place to eat. And very expensive food for how awful it was.

The papa burger and fries I ordered was room temp. When I received it. . plenty room to sit inside. Staff was seemed to be. Too busy. Rush people order to order. Where is the nostalgia????

Management is terrible. It's 5:20 p.m. and the manager is closing the booths down and running people out of that side. Then a girl comes out and starts dragging table and chairs out in the middle blocking the whole right side of the restaurant. People would try to sit down and he would yell from behind the counter that right side is closed. I have eaten here many times but I guess I have seen my last time because of the rudeness that was shown. And yes he tried to run me out of the right side but that didn't happen. A&W please hire educated people.

Rude workers and shut down half the store at 5 pm when hours say they don't close until 8pm. That's fine but anyone that tried to set on that side was yelled at not to sit there. Food was hot and not bad but We won't be back.
It wasn't a drive in. It was in the outlet mall. We were very disappointed
