1st we get very slow service for ice cream, no one else in there. Then 6 gals came in and got in line and we had to stand in line behind them for 15 minutes waiting to pay while the ice cream melted a d di not enjoy standing in line to eat my purchase waiting to pay. Pretty bad system they have.

Ice cream was unavailable 20 minutes before close. Told her all we wanted was ice cream and left the order window to see her walking to the window to flip my family and I off bc she couldn’t serve is ice cream and it’s an ice cream shop. If you hate your job, get a new one. Customer service goes a long way and I will never visit this location with my family or alone again.

Good when first open but years later, I don't even think the ice cream is BR except for the pre packed. Only 20 choices and all generic.

Great service and selection. If you are looking for a place that can satisfy your sweet tooth. This is the place to come. They have ice cream, ice cream cakes, and doughnuts. They also have a great breakfast selection.

I went through the drive
In window and asked for a cappuccino original blast today. After a long pause she said our blenders are out and not working. Some other.persoon was in the background talking to her. They did not want to make the drink so they made this up about both blenders being out. I asked her what her store number was and I sat there waiting for a reply and she never answered. The manager has kids who don't care if they make a sale and are not supervised properly. I will report this to the corporate office. Terrible experience..2 people need to be let go from their jobs.

I have tried to get ice cream from here twice. The first time was while visiting Branson last year. It was about 9pm and there were still cars around and people inside but the doors were locked. The employees acted like they didnt see us. We visited Branson again this past week and tried once again. It was 8:45 and all the lights were on but both doors were locked up and no one in sight. The sign said they close at 10 pm?‍♀️

Came in for a quick after dinner treat. Husband was brave enough to get one of the promotional new ice creams for the IF movie. The girls behind the counter had a little fun with him as well,giving him a sticker to name his imaginary friend and wear the creature crown. We all had a good laugh and the purple dark ice cream was surprisingly good. I of course went with my tried and true favorite of Cotton candy ice cream. Delicious.

The customer service was awful everything was dirty even the people that worked there one of them didn’t even washed their hands after touching their stomach and the money. Plus the store smelled weird.

This place is run by clowns and they've been out of my favorite flavor for 2 months now. Save your money and go somewhere else this place is absolutely terrible. All the management who run this place need to be fired immediately.

Absolutely the worst service I ever had at a baskin Robbin’s., we actually stood and waited at the counter while three young ladies ignored myself and my wife and others behind us while they worked on drive through orders! Maybe what they need to do is shut the drive through down. As we walked out we noticed cars backed up ten deep and the car in front rolled down his window and said it was the worst service they ever experienced. 20 plus minutes and counting. They need to revamp the employee situation and or fire these three ladies and shut it down! Worst service ever!

Has no labels for the ice cream flavors so takes way longer to leave with your ice cream and nor does it have the flavors on their tvs.

Went to buy ice cream with kids. My son ordered an ice cream on sugar cone, the employee gave him the cone and the ice cream slipped off the cone immediately and fell to the ground. We cleaned up the mess ourselves. We had not payed yet, I asked for a replacement. Went to pay and we were charged for the ice cream that fell down :-( . Talk about customer service.

Terrible customer service. Just awful. It's almost as if you hired the most rude, unpleasant people in this city to work in one place. We were denied baskin robbins bcz he said it was too early and to come back at 10:30 am. We came back and he still wouldn't make our order till we insis6ed. Second day I come in I was met with frowns and huffy and puffs over making my order. I'm sure whoever comes here won't come back.
