“This bar gets a 5 stars rating primarily because of Carolyn. She was the bartender working nights on the second night of our stay. She saved our vacation or at least made it so we didn’t have to go looking for another hotel. (See my review of the Thousand Hills Resort Hotel.) There were numerous problems with our room and we were getting nothing but lip service from the front desk. Late at night we were whining about it to Carolyn. She took the initiative to do something about it. She called the night maintenance man in to talk to us and he made sure the maintenance issue were addressed that night. I wish I could remember his name of the maintenance man as he deserves credit as well.“

“First time wrong there was tonight. Our waitress Ashley was amazing. Very fast friendly service. Food tasted homemade and not frozen. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with loaded fries and they were delicious. Definitely 10/10 recommend.“
