This place is amazing! We have been here a few times when coming to Branson. Our daughter got married here in Branson and we wanted a simple place to have a little reception. This staff went above and beyond to make our newly married couple enjoy their reception. The food was amazing and come out quickly and was delicious! The staff help us order what was best for the size of our group. Not looking at what would make them the most money, but what we really needed. Thank you to this amazing group of people who really have amazing hearts and clearly love what they do! I highly recommend you visit their restaurant to not only enjoy a delicious meal, but feel like family while you have your meal ❤️

The bar for best brisket ever has been raised with this platter from BigD's in Branson, MO. this evening. He does "low and slow" to perfection. The pit bean side was also the best BBQ beans I've ever had. This is the place to go for good eating!

NEVER COMING BACKCame to this establishment tonight very optimistic, excited to try some new BBQ and order takeout for my husband & I. Heard good things about Big D’s, and was very let down.The employee taking my order was friendly enough, but there was another worker on the side just staring. I was asked if I’d like any drinks with my order and I decided some beers would be good with the BBQ, so I ordered 2 cans. I informed the cashier it would be a takeout order, then I was handed my drinks and sat down to wait. The staring employee continued to watch me while walking around the restaurant, I tried not to pay her any mind. The cashier asked if I’d want a bag to cover my beer cans, but I let him know it was fine. Then my order was ready and I walked up to get it, thanking the cashier. As I headed towards the door with my order, the staring employee barked at me across the restaurant that I wasn’t allowed to walk outside with the beer. Places like Chili’s let you order alcohol to-go, so it’s not uncommon that I thought I was fine, especially considering the cashier knew he was adding beers to a takeout order AND later even offered me covers for when I left. I walked back to the register and said it wasn’t a problem and I’d just like a refund for the drinks then. The cashier didn’t respond for a while and the barking employee told him from across the restaurant to refund the drinks. While waiting for the refund, another employee from the back came out and said “HEY SHE CAN’T TAKE THOSE WITH HER,”… as if that hadn’t been made clear by the other yelling employee. I’ve never been more embarrassed by an establishment and the error THEY made. Seemed like they intentionally let me start walking out before yelling at me, as if I was trying to break some rule. The cashier let me know I was okay, like I was the one who had something to be sorry for. I also had to ask for a receipt of the refund after the cashier just walked away. I’ve worked in forms of customer oriented jobs for almost 8 years, and I’ve never seen a workplace have such poor customer service. Wish I could’ve got a refund for my tip, as well.Also- food was so dry and their BBQ sauce didn’t help.

So so BBQ. Presentation was not the best and meat was cold. The beans were okay. The potato salad was not homemade but not the worst. Much better BBQ places than this. Would not recommend.

The Pitmaster has tender brisket, delectable sausage, and the perfect touch of fiery jalapenos between two slices of bread. The This flavor-packed creation is a true masterpiece that will leave you craving for more.We also really enjoyed the brisket chili, with a wonderful smokey flavor, great beans, and perfect toppings.Speaking of beans: We can recommend a side of their Pit Beans. Packed with meaty goodness and bursting with incredible flavors, these beans were the perfect sidekick for our meal.
