Had an amazing dining experience with my wife. We both had the billion dollar bacon omelet, what a meal. Huge omelet with hashbrowns. We had a signature Billy Gail's pancake to share between us. We left unable to finish it all.
Our server was absolutely amazing. Very courteous and attentive to our coffee.
We would definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Had a short wait for breakfast. Fun decor. Service was decent. Avocado toast was a gross spead, not fresh. Didn't feel this breakfast was well done for the price. Won't return.

Was not impressed....food came out cold (hashbrowns), sent back and the 2nd ones weren't any better..daughter's chocolate milk was warm 😕. The cheese in my omelet wasn't even all melted...didn't understand all the hype for this place.

Fun and eclectic atmosphere inside. Lots of menu items, everything looked good. As a family of 3, we got 2 chocolate chip pancakes, and didn’t even finish one of them. They were delicious, and are as big as everyone says. Quick, yummy, unique. 10/10 recommend!

Place is rather popular so will have a wait. Once you get seated we got served and food came out in less than 15 minutes. Others around us were around the same. Pancakes were fantastic. I had the cinnamon roll pancake, wife had bananas pecan foster pancake and son had the kids pancake and bacon. Service was fantastic as well. Glad we came here.

14 inch pancake was awesome and shareable and fairly quick. Service was great. However, the otherwise excellent dining experience was offset by the displeasure of the undisclosed 3% credit card charge. Credit card fees are a cost of doing business just like plates, napkins and utensils. Stop nickel and diming patrons like the airlines. I ordered the menu price, not the menu prices + 3%. Although traveling and likely wont return, I generally don’t return to businesses that tack on a credit card fees.

Accidentally order from here instead of Ozark. Wouldn't refund it so I said I would be a while. Got there and they said it sat too long so they threw it out. Wouldn't remake it unless I paid again

Billy Gail's just changed their menu.
They no longer serve the smoked wings which were very good.
They also raised their prices.
They now charge 3.5 % to your check if you use a credit card.
I didn't see anything posted at the door to warn their customers.
Customers have a right to know before entering an establishment if there is going to be a surcharge added. Most people don't carry cash anymore so this is important to know before entering their establishment.
