Was in the area on a family vacation and we like to go somewhere that is known for their pancakes. We've seen the pictures and heard about the 14 inch pancakes at Billy Gail's so we had to try it.
Went in with a party of 6 people. Took us about 45 minutes to get a seat but not a big deal considering we just walked right in. Not sure if they take reservations.
Ended up ordering the ultimate breakfast combo with the 14 inch pancake. Was an excellent choice for two of us to share since there was so much food. Another couple who went with us did the same thing. Neither of us could finish everything. All of the food was amazing and the service was great.
I would highly recommend and if ever back in the area, I will be returning.

While spending a weekend in the Ozarks. I stumbled upon this cool place to grab a bite to eat. I ordered a simple chicken strip basket and it was quite pleasant. It's located right off the highway and in a convenient location. Before entering the place, there is a big mascot holding up an enormous burger, which was cool. Then once I walked into the building, I was greeted by the blues brothers. I would recommend this place to anyone who's trying to feed their face. I would definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

The food was awful. We went there and ordered hashbrown with omlette, avocado toast, fish, deluxe hash with scrambled egg. Everything was cold and tasteless. When asked the server she said yea it was made in the morning and we refreshed it. Basically they just heated the food in the oven for 30 seconds and served it. It was old. We also ordered hush puppies they were so awful. Onion rings served with fish were cold and burned to be precise. The egg on the deluxe hash skillet was suppose to be scrambled and they served me an omlette when asked I was told thats how we serve a scrambled egg. Overall it was the worst experience I have ever had.
Food servings were crazy. We went and wasn't a wait. Staff was on top of it.. Don't go unless you have an appetite!

It's definitely a five+ Stars 🌟 restaurant 👍😋 I must say, its long-standing reputation for excellent service and delicious food is well-deserved. The wait, though sometimes 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, is certainly worthwhile, as everyone seemed eager to dine there. My omelet was delightful, and the portions were quite generous! 🎉👏

My husband and I have breakfast here when we visit Branson, which we always enjoy. Josh was our waiter Monday Dec 23, such a friendly guy. Congrats on he and his wife's upcoming baby
We had a group of 11. We were there on a Saturday before 9 am and were seated without waiting. The service was great. The food came out quickly and it was so good.
By the time we left there was line. I'm sure they won't mind the wait, the food is that good.

My family and I tried Billy Gail’s for the first time for breakfast and it was amazing!! I got the French Toast Sampler and it was amazing!!! I definitely want to come back to try their lunch/ dinner menu as well. Our food was delivered to our table very quickly!!
