I want to start by saying the food was good and I hate leaving bad reviews. Although the food came out before our drinks, sat for 45mins after our drink order was taken. Sausage was burnt, they don't know what soft scramble means, mashed potatoes came without gravy, and the service absolutely sucked. There is not one reason a server should sigh infrount of the customer and then loudly apologize to the cook for having to remake eggs that didn't come out how they were supposed to. Then when we were finnished we had to ask another waitress for a to-go and check beacuse our waitress was outside smoking. This was our first time at the restaurant and we will NOT be comming back

Mediocre at best, in fact, not that good. For being at the front door of Branson, the city should be ashamed. The wait staff is obviously overwhelmed and therefore angry. The portions are certainly not what you would expect on a farm. We won't be back.

Coffee cold and spouse's pancakes were bad. My blue berry pancakes were good. But the waitress brought regular syrup instead of berry syrup. And she didn't come back until it was time for our bill.

I've always been anxious to post a positive review about B.E. Saddened that I cannot this time. Up front, our server was perfect. Based on the obvious stress level we witnessed, I'd bet a bucket of bananas she's moved on. Food was completely disappointing, totally different from many years of dining here. We might have mentioned the food, but the person who appeared managerial looked very unhappy and disconnected so we just left. Checkout was even clunky. Like their competition at the opposite end of the strip, this anchor in food service sets the standard, so I hope they don't fall victim to the diminishing quality of food and service we all have grown to expect.

Waitress took our drink order right away then took our lunch order took 40 minutes for only five other people in the restaurant five waitresses took 20 minutes to get a refill on a drink the french fries were stale bacon on my hamburger was burnt we were very disappointed we've always enjoyed Bob Evans. I guess the Bob Evans in Branson is no good they should be more like the one in West Virginia shame on you
