Bricktown Brewery Branson, MO

We were in Branson for my birthday and looking for good eats that weren't a chain. The restaurant next door to Bricktown was our choice because it was unique (a distillery) but the kitchen was down because the air handler was on the fritz. Bricktown was only a few steps away and we've had good experiences in Joplin. We were seated fairly quickly and encountered Maddy. The entire experience went through the roof. She was very personable and light-hearted, made thoughtful menu suggestions based on our preferences, checked back just often enough and even stopped to chat a little, gathered some staff for a song when my wife mentioned my birthday and generally made our day. She is an asset that needs to be rewarded. Management was also very attentive and bent over backwards to make sure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommend this place and remember to ask for Maddy!

Such a wonderful experience! We sat on the patio and the views were lovely. We did have a couple mishaps with food, but the servers were extremely accommodating and so pleasant - they even offered to comp the meal that was incorrect and provided us with a free dessert for the trouble! Ansley was our server and she did a fantastic job - she is also the sweetest!

Enjoyed the patio, but our server repeatedly forgot about us, drink refills were nonexistent, our food took forever and was cool open delivery. Much better options at the Bransonlanding.

The place COULD NOT find our waiter. When he was found, he was not to enthusiastic. Diet Pepsi tasted like crap. Had to order another drink. Ordered food at 1pm and when it was 1:35pm, we were still waiting for our food. Our waiter went past us several times and never updated us on our food order. We paid for our drinks and just left. Don't recommend this place at all!

Mediocre at best for food and service. However, we would return for reasonably priced IPAs! The service from the bartenders to our table for beer was the fastest and best service with a smile. The pretzels were okay, weird they're served in a milkshake cup? The elote-style chicken dip was a bit weird in texture, don't really recommend. No Happy Hour is a bummer for this type of location.

I came here from Vegas for a 2 day trip and the food was ok. I recommend you start off with the shrimp appetizer with fries the sauce is so delicious they drizzle on. And the double stacked chicken sandwich or chicken/ beef steak with mashed potatoes and gravy was pretty good.
Mac and cheese and green beans horrible, pretty much every other sides are nasty. But make sure you ask for their signature sauce to dip you food in.

This was Team Retreat and dinner on a Saturday evening. From the phone call prior to us arriving to being seated, the customer service was FANTASTIC! Our waitress definitely could have done better. The only issue that we had was our waitress had to make 4-5 different food runs to our table to bring out our food. This meant we couldn't eat at the same time as a team. Last 2 plates came out 15 min after our other members had alreay received their plates. Overall, Great atmosphere, food and drinks. I wish there were a location in the St. Louis area. When in Branson I will certainly be back to dine.
