We were in Branson for my birthday and looking for good eats that weren't a chain. The restaurant next door to Bricktown was our choice because it was unique (a distillery) but the kitchen was down because the air handler was on the fritz. Bricktown was only a few steps away and we've had good experiences in Joplin. We were seated fairly quickly and encountered Maddy. The entire experience went through the roof. She was very personable and light-hearted, made thoughtful...

Such a wonderful experience! We sat on the patio and the views were lovely. We did have a couple mishaps with food, but the servers were extremely accommodating and so pleasant - they even offered to comp the meal that was incorrect and provided us with a free dessert for the trouble! Ansley was our server and she did a fantastic job - she is also the sweetest!

Mediocre at best for food and service. However, we would return for reasonably priced IPAs! The service from the bartenders to our table for beer was the fastest and best service with a smile. The pretzels were okay, weird they're served in a milkshake cup? The elote-style chicken dip was a bit weird in texture, don't really recommend. No Happy Hour is a bummer for this type of location.
