As soon as we stepped in the place the floors were really sticky, the food wasn’t really good and any table we sat at was really dirty as well as the restrooms. Wish it would be better than what we experienced!

Every time I come to Branson, the 1st stop is the BURGER SHACK. Great food. Nice people. Keep this place open, please stop in and give some locals your business.

Great burger. Great fries. Food came out pretty fast and hot. Guys working were pretty cool and friendly. Glad I went.

I wouldn’t feed there slop to my neighbors dog. Waited 30 minutes for cold burnt onion rings and tator tots. BBQ burger had no bbq sauce on it. All food was cold. Manager was rude. All in all one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. He had no choice but to refund our money and we went to Fudruckers Dow the street. Don’t waste your time. Horrible place.

2:30 pm. No line was the only good part of our visit. We had to clean off our own table, to sit. We waited a full hour, for our food. Burgers were super greasy and, buns were so grease soaked, they were paste. The meat was flavorless. They could have at least put some salt and pepper on it. My spicy chicken sandwich was way to crispy and lacked any kind of flavor. No heat at all. The fries were soggy and cold, like they sat on the counter, the entire hour we waited. Our onion rings were so crispy, I'm truly surprised nobody chipped a tooth. 3/4 of our order went to the garbage. They only reason we ate what we did was, because we already waited an hour and we had other things to do.

Really good. We stumbled upon this place late at night. Glad we did because it was good. Kinda high on price tho.

Food is good. Not great but good. Ordered food to go. The worker had bad vision and missed that it was to go so layed food out on tray. Then went around restaurant until found people at table without food (and masks) and put it in front of them as they looked confused. So I guess it's like putting food back on the buffet. Took it back to the kitchen and realized he couldn't see so read the ticket. Hope I don't get covid from this incompetent service. Burger's not enough to die for.

Your $7 burger turns into a $13 burger if you get a drink and fries. Fries were soggy, cold and had zero flavor. Burgers were ok but my zesty chicken had zero flavor. Way over priced for what you get.

As a local, and a bit of a foodie, I always seek out new places to enjoy. This one blows every other burger in Branson away. The fresh and varied toppings are built on the firm foundation of perfectly prepared beef, cooked all the way through, but retaining the juiciness expected from a more rare temperature. The sides and glass soda bottles enhance the experience, and Burger Shack is one of the Branson Strip's most underappreciated restaurants.

Chicken and fries were over cooked. Still edible just dark. Pretty busy but the line moved fast. I ate my spicy chicken and went to Chick Fil A to get one for the gf.

It was good. They aren't playing the Christian music any more... Kinda made all of us sad

We thought this place looked good for a family of four to have lunch. Over $40 later I was greatly disappointed. In fact, my 11 year old and I both had kids meals because the price was ridiculous. The fresh cut fries were soggy, and that turned me off from the get go. It was 1:30 pm and they only had three people working. Every table was dirty and the floor was sticky. They forgot to give us one kids meals and ranch. Had to go up 3 times to get what we needed. What a shame because they could really have a great business.

Looking for a great tasting mouth watering burger? Then this is not the place. On their website, they claim the hamburgers are fresh and never frozen, and the picture of them look appealing. But I suspect the hamburgers we were served were of the frozen variety. You can tell by the shape and the dryness of the patty and the amount of cooking time it took. The burger is edible but with the price you pay, I was expecting more. Fries were just ok. I've had better at other restaurants with fresh cut fries. The building itself needs a fresh look and some major renovations outside unless they want to keep the shack image. Not a fan. Cost of two burgers, fries, drink and disappointment... $25.

Fantastic burgers! Best place to get a burger in Branson! Looks a little ran down from the outside but not on the inside. Fries are really good too!
