Decent food but it's gone down hill. Now they're adding greed to the mix. We took our entire family there every year. NO MORE! They're charging $30 per person for future reservations!! $30 PLUS your normal food and drink bill. It's not taken off your bill it's ADDED TO THE TOP! Paying that much for average food? No thanks.

Had a chicken fajita burrito the chicken look like something you get out of all these bag. It wasn’t grilled. It was really tasteless. Didn’t bother mixing any of the refried beans. I clump into one spot through the fajita mix on the bottom of the burrito really bad the rice tasted like something you would get out of a box as well the steak however, was very good the street tacos need to have two tortillas not one they fall apart when I come back I doubt it eat at your own risk. Service was OK. They were not busy. Took forever just to get drinks. Took forever just to pay our bill.

My 3rd or 4th time here. Food has always been good and service as well. My most recent visit Stephanie was my server. She was absolutely wonderful and it was her first night! I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good Mexican food with good service.

I normally love Cantina Laredo and have always enjoyed the location and the food, which is why this experience was so disappointing. After a long day at Silver Dollar City, my family decided to eat here. We parked about a five-minute walk away (there’s no parking right outside), and it was a very cold, windy night — plus we had a baby with us.
Online, the restaurant was listed as closing at 8:30. We parked just before 8:00 and walked over, arriving around 8:05. The hostess initially grabbed menus as if she was going to seat us, then stopped and said she needed to check on something. When she came back, she told us they were closed at 8:00 “per the manager” and couldn’t seat us. I mentioned the posted 8:30 closing time, and she said the manager decided they could close at 8 instead. There was even a table being greeted by a server as we walked in, which made it even more confusing.
I understand places sometimes need to close early, but it was frustrating to make the effort to get there — especially in the cold with a baby — only to be turned away 30 minutes before the posted closing time. I really hope this was a one-off experience, because we normally enjoy this restaurant so much.
