This place is so delicious! We found it a few years ago and it is healthy; the chef incorporates so many veggies and the ingredients are high quality! We will come here every time we visit Branson over the gut-bomb restaurants downtown! The boba is great, too!

We are from Chicago and wanted fresh, healthy and GOOD food, but in a unique hole in the wall instead of the big chain restaurants, so we googled and found Carly's. When we pulled up out front, no one else was there and the outside is very simple, but once we stepped foot inside, our experience was perfect in every way. Carly served us and her husband, Thomas, was the chef. The garlic broccoli saute was a wonderful starter and my 14 yr old threw down the cheesy roast beef sandwich and crab rangoon. The stir fry with authentic noodles and veggies/mushrooms was freshly made to order, super yummy and perfectly spicy as requested. Carly even has beautiful touches on her plates and trays with their logo. Carly allowed my daughter to sample the lychee tea, and we wrapped up dinner with two boba teas, best we ever had. Thomas brought out free dessert for my daughter's birthday. We had wonderful conversation with them and the entire atmosphere was inviting, clean, fresh and exactly what we needed after a long day enjoying Branson. Thanks Carly! We WILL return. Everybody go eat at Carly's Healthy Cuisine if passing thru Branson!!!!Kid-friendliness: Their two children were there and were so precious. Family owned and run businesses are the best.
This place was right by our hotel, and we decided on a whim to give it a whirl! SO GLAD WE DID! Best flavor!! Noodle soup, with pork, spice level 4. 10/10!! New favorite spot!!

I got the noodle soup with beef and hand-pulled Asian noodles. Superb!!! Don't be fooled by the simple name of their dishes. Once you see the beautiful plating & taste your dish, you will be pleasantly surprised!! My niece ordered chicken nuggets & these were the biggest, most scrumptious looking "nuggets" I've ever seen!!! I'm sure it tasted just as great, too, but I let her finish her meal instead of stealing some of it lol. My nephew ordered the chicken sandwich & man oh man....it was huge & looked so yummy!!! All in all, excellent food run by the sweetest family ever! This is a family owned and operated local business and its an undiscovered gem!The family who runs it are wonderful and welcoming and the food is homemade asian fusion outstanding!!! ?I'd eat there every day if I could. Our daughter loves the food and Boba and often requests it for her school lunch. All very tasty and healthy made with fresh ingredients.We love this place!!!They are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so be aware if you find yourself craving the food.

Me and my fiancé absolutely loved the food! We had tempura for an appetizer and then we had the gyro and stir fry. The food was very good quality and you can taste how fresh it is! The owners were also very nice and had great customer service. Definitely will be returning for more. :)
Lovely little spot! I have a quick two days in Branson for work, and I am so glad I picked this spot as one of my lunches. The customer service was so good. They helped me order, and I got exactly what I was craving. It's flavorful, hot, yummy stir fry veggies in some even yummier hand pulled noodles. Will be coming back again!

Really nice employees, amazing food (which they are happy to customize for you), and you HAVE to dine in and order the boba tea or coffee. The boba is in the huge neat looking glass. All the food servings are rather large.

It is good and simple place. Those foods are very high quality and fresh than fast food is not good and the flavoring lost taste you know.
Took a good friend of mine shopping at Tanger Outlet and stopped in Carley's for dinner after finding this place online night before. Food is fresh and delicious, servings are plentiful ! My friend had the Cashew Chicken sandwich, it was huge and she said very tasty, she also got a tea or energy drank and liked it so much she got a second. I tried their noodles with added beef and hand pulled noodles and spice level 3, was delicious and filling. Place was clean with a great atmosphere and the owners a employees are extremely friendly and attentive , highly recommend trying out Carley's next time you're in the area , should not disappoint !
